It feels super bargain. It is not cheap to say that the rooms are still one bedroom and one living room, the kind of separate. 50 flat. There is also a washing machine for cooking. Just need to climb stairs. No elevator

位置很好，距伊春河邊公園步行距離，適合早晚過去走走。小區門前美食一條街，小區後面早市兒一條街。房子寬敞，户型合理，裝修和配置都適合旅居，衞生打掃很用心，入住體驗舒適安逸，超高性價比。

一開始是有點住房焦慮的，所以自己提前買好了很多一次性東西。但是到了發現，房間裏可供選擇有償使用的一次性四件套跟網上一樣價格。房間很乾凈，地上洗漱台上廚房等都很乾凈。位置也很好找。自助入住很方便，對社恐很友好。而且卧室是有插排的。像是去了朋友家借宿一樣。重點是沙發也很乾凈！！！不是我想象的拍一下一包灰的那種。沙發單子也鋪的特別板正，真的很用心。

房間是在小區裏面的，周邊餐飲交通特別便利！酒店的管理人員和負責衞生的大姐人都很好，退房後酒店管理員打電話告知我的另一部手機落下了，負責衞生的大姐騎電動車幫我送過來，很誠信！下次來伊春還會入住這裏！

#衞生衞生間的洗手枱、馬桶蓋上有一兩根細頭髮粘着沒打掃乾淨#位置交通伊春城裡，交通方便，附近有公交車站和哈囉停車點，樓下是美食街，旁邊是沿江的一個公園。#房間設施熱水器夠用，陽台上的插座好像是壞的，沒用上。洗手枱附近沒有插座，吹頭髮看不到鏡子。提供衣架。有書桌，但是附近沒插座。沒有空調，有個大電扇還可以。門太老舊了，老式居民樓那種鐵門，可以聽清楚外面開門關門，心驚膽戰的。#性價比確實性價比足夠高

位置不錯，早上出門就有早市，吃喝很方便，就在小區裏，還是很安全的，停車樓底下就可以停，就是伊春沒有啥夜生活，晚上8點路上就沒有人了
