交通便利，離東站很近，從東站門口直行再右轉，總共就走個十來分鐘，打個車也就幾分鐘。房間挺寬敞，有個大的飄窗，坐那喝個茶應該是很有感覺的，可惜行程匆匆每天都早出晚歸，來不及感受一下。給的房間不是朝陽的，就沒有圖片上拍的朝陽的房間那麼亮，不過也還好。插座太少了，雙床床頭也就一個插孔，其他地方也就零星一兩個插孔，還有個插孔是松的，完全插不了，一插上就掉了，幾人出行插孔不夠用。每天都有打掃，不過不知道毛巾浴巾啥的有沒有換，打掃房間把掛在毛巾架上的自己帶的一次性浴巾當垃圾扔了。

距離東站很近交通便利房間也挺寬敞的，沒有啥大的問題就這個價格而言性價比很高。趕高鐵的話是不錯的選擇。

首先價格在這裏擺着，所以整體來説還是不錯的。不過有幾點希望改進，衞生間裏的拖鞋太臭了，這種材料特別容易臭，換了吧。花灑也壞了，建議也換上。

首先酒店是老式酒店，房間裏面的熱水忽冷忽熱，花灑破破爛爛的，衞生也不行，房間裏面的空調像轟炸機，我訂的是舒適安睡房間，第二天在酒店旁邊的飯店吃魚也是被坑，點了2斤多的活魚200多塊錢，結果給我們端上來的最多一斤左右的魚，我同樣作為宜昌周邊的鄰居，對咱湖北宜昌這次體驗大打折扣，車站旁邊的那些飯店吃活魚都是缺斤少兩的，各位外地的朋友要當心

使用體驗:我對慶山酒店的整體環境非常滿意，感覺非常舒適。價格方面也很實惠，性價比很高。門口有公交線路直達東站，非常方便，節省了我很多時間。
優點:慶山酒店的環境優雅，服務態度也很好。價格合理，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，為我提供了一個很好的休息環境。
總體評價:總的來説，我對慶山酒店的體驗非常滿意。如果有朋友需要在東站附近找酒店，我會推薦這家酒店。不過，如果能提供更多的餐飲選擇，那就更完美了。
