房間寬敞乾淨，裏面設備設施齊全，工作人員服務態度很好，服務也很周到。酒店地段很好找，地下室停車很方便，周邊吃飯逛街很近。

電梯奇葩，房間很老舊，寢具焦黃，服務零分，1分給地理位置，不知道好評都是怎麼來的，反正帶孩子的不要訂了，不怕後悔你就來試試。

酒店房間很大，還有一個小陽台。老闆特別熱情，服務很周到。酒店地處中心區，離江邊不遠，附近還有一個大潤發超市。酒店樓下有很多早點鋪。交通四通八達，公交車很多，到哪裡都方便。我們到的時候老闆還給了我們許多當地特產的橘子。以後還有機會去宜昌一定還要住這裏！

楚翹酒店位置真心不錯，價格也美麗。預訂之初還有些擔心，實際上確實物有所值，性價比很高。23層前台客服的鄭碧玉女士服務態度超級好，解答細緻服務熱心，讓我們有了見到親人的感覺！她是有求必應，有問必答。推薦的周邊餐飲一條街、香溪廚嫂都是很不錯的餐飲打卡地，吃到了當地的特色美食。附近早餐店也是很多很方便，最讓我們留戀的是餘香包子，個兒大實惠，吃出了湖北才能吃到的麻香餡兒料，連續吃了三早！對於我們長途旅行的來説，物美價廉是我們最滿意的！如果以後路過，還會再住這裏！

酒店位置很好，而且還在高空，入睡很安靜。衞生打掃的很乾凈，30個房間三個客房阿姨做衞生。酒店地理位置優越，距離小吃街步行5分鐘即可達到，附近還有濱江公園可以看江景。前台服務態度很可親，老闆娘也平易近人。重點是在城區還可以免費停車，三三峽套票還有內部價。重點推薦這家酒店

位置好，離陶珠路和鐵路壩美食街都很近，客房設施很齊全，洗衣機微波爐都有，特別是熱水來的快水量大，晚上很安靜，老闆人很好，還給推薦當地特色美食，總體住着很舒服。
