This location was perfect and right in the scenic area of hongcun. It’s a little difficult to find at first but once you find it it’s easy to come back to if you put it in the maps app. The town is so cute and we were welcomed with little Hand-made bookmarks which was so sweet and a wonderful surprise. The one thing that was off putting and probably a one off is it seemed that there was a large family staying in the Homestay and in the middle of the night there was screaming and doors slamming on and off throughout the night. I’m not sure if this is a regular thing or just happened to be a one night thing but it was a bit frightening. Other than that the location was very quiet when we got there and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had throughout our stay.

The sound of the loft next door walking up the stairs is loud, and there was a tour group coming in at 6:30 in the morning, and the sound of the tour guide's loudspeaker was loud. The only advantage is that you can walk around a little in the evening. When I went out to buy breakfast early in the morning, there were already many people.
