A highly recommended homestay. The owner is very considerate and enthusiastic. They provide pick-up and drop-off services and also prepare Hanfu souvenirs and the like. When I entered Wenshe, I was immediately attracted by the backyard. It is quiet in a bustling environment. Both the elderly and children like it. I will come again next time I have the chance!

The room is very new and clean. The room and the yard are very well designed. There is also a very cute cat. The Nanhu Lake is just a few steps away from the B&B. It is also close to the main road, making it very convenient for travel. The owner is also very warm and thoughtful. He will pick us up at the B&B in a camper and help us carry our luggage. The floor heating is very comfortable.

The first time I lived in a house with 200 years of history! Parts of it looks like a museum, but the rooms are modernized in a nice way! Seriously, it looks like a fancy tea place or a private mansion, never expected a hotel like this! The owner lady was very nice, showed the way to the place (navigation in the village is a bit difficult for a newcomer) and helped to change the room to a single bed when heard that my friend was not coming. Very friendly approach! I would recommend this place to anyone, who would like to get an authentic experience of Hongcun village!

Today's dishes taste really good, and each dish is full of unique flavors. The aroma of the dish Daobanxiang is fragrant, rich in flavor, and fresh and salty. The dish of braised pork has a rich taste, fat but not greasy, and people can't stop eating it. The fried egg with acanthopan peel has a unique personality. That wonderful taste seems to linger between the lips and teeth. Other dishes such as tofu are also very good, which makes the taste buds embark on a pleasant journey.

The service is good. When it rains, the store helps hold an umbrella and carry luggage. The room is just like the picture. The children sleep in the small attic. The adults are very satisfied downstairs. You can see the village view from the rooftop. There are a lot of delicious food at the door. The scenery is very beautiful!

The room is very comfortable. There is a cute Wangwang welcoming guests as soon as you enter the door. The proprietress is very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful. The room is very warm. The facilities and accessories are very complete. The snacks provided are also very delicious. Hongcun is really beautiful and picturesque. We had dinner by the lake at night. It is not far from where we live. We live close to the south gate of the park. It is very convenient. It is a good stay experience. I will choose this place next time I go to Hongcun

My family and I (5 of us) recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming homestay in Hongcun for two days and one night, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The building, steeped in history at 400 years old, is located relatively close to the West entrance, making access a breeze. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, and well-kept. Although I initially booked three specific rooms, they were unavailable due to renovation. However, I was provided with three other rooms that turned out to be more spacious, which was a delightful surprise. The lobby felt incredibly welcoming, with a cozy living-room-style atmosphere. There’s a lovely café to the left and a souvenir shop to the right, adding a nice touch of convenience and charm as you walk toward the living area. Wan Jie (elder sister Wan), the host, was truly hospitable and attentive. Her warmth shone through from our first phone call, which she answered cheerfully while helping arrange our pickup, as cars aren’t allowed into Hongcun, a UNESCO Heritage Site. One of the highlights of this homestay was the restaurant nestled in a ”secret” garden—a serene and picturesque spot where my family and I could have happily spent more time. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, adding to the overall experience. Though it was too cool to use during my visit, the homestay also features a pool that would be perfect for summer days. At the end of our stay, Wan Jie went above and beyond by accompanying us to the village exit to wait for our driver, ensuring everything went smoothly before saying her goodbyes. It’s rare to experience such personalized hospitality, and it made a memorable impression on us. Based on my positive experience, I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone visiting Hongcun. It’s a unique blend of history, comfort, and genuine hospitality that truly enhances the visit.

The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

I have been in Yi County for three days. This hotel is very distinctive, with a good view outside the window, the overall decoration is in Hui style, and there is an infinity pool and outdoor hot spring. I made an appointment for a travel photo shoot in the hotel (more expensive). I originally wanted to experience the hot spring and booked this hotel, but the chef said that the water in the bathtub in the room was the same as outside, so I soaked in the room. The only flaw is the front desk brother of the restaurant. He made me wait for more than 20 minutes before he started to cook and serve me. Although it is not worth getting angry, it still affects the stay experience. The brother and sister at the front desk patiently answered my questions when I checked out and told me the brand of aromatherapy, which was considered to be a compensation. The overall experience is very good, and the flaws do not cover the merits. If I come back to Hongcun, I will consider this hotel again.

I went to Hongcun, a place I had always wanted to visit. I looked at it on Ctrip for a long time and was attracted by the lobby environment of this hotel. When I first arrived, I was really amazed by the bamboo at the gate. The environment of the hotel is absolutely 100 points. The housekeeper upgraded me to a tatami room for free. The whole hotel atmosphere is very comfortable, so much so that I still miss it after two days at home. There is also a projector in the public area of ​​the hotel where you can watch movies. It is really comfortable to curl up on the sofa. If I go to Hongcun again, I will definitely choose this hotel. It is really very attentive~ By the way, the scenery of breakfast is really good. It is winter now and the leaves have fallen. I can't imagine how beautiful it will be in autumn. If you tell the aunt what you want to eat, she will serve it immediately. I really like it. And as long as you go back to the B&B, the front desk lady will greet you and say you are back, just like going home
