The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. The breakfast is in buffet form, it's very abundant, there's really everything you can want, the eggs are cooked on demand, everything is very fresh and very good. I usually don’t share negative things about hotels in reviews - it happens to everyone. But given the overall rating, which, as I see, has not fallen during this time, I decided to write about my experience and warn future guests. Unfortunately, this was the most disgusting hotel in my life. first things first: 1) wet bed linen 2) they didn’t check in for a long time even though there were free rooms - well, oh well 3) the bed was already made in my presence 4) old, beaten (literally) furniture - but that’s still okay 5) I checked in in January , for a couple of days, and my heating didn’t work - it was very cold 6) in the room (top floor) there was poor internet connection - I had to look for the point where it was reaching 7) in the bathroom, the towel holder fell off under the weight of the towel 8) the faucet in the shower was screwed on through one place: the water regulator - it rests on the hose from the shower - the water cannot flow normally, because there is a restriction 9) there is an air conditioner, but it did not work 10) the hotel was undergoing renovations on the ground floor 11) there is no elevator, I really , helped deliver things - thank you very much for that. But when the time came to carry them down, my friend was indignant for a long time that there were 2 suitcases. Of the advantages: 1) location 2) generally friendly staff General conclusion: then for the same price it was possible to rent other options in the center, if not for the reviews on the booking. It seems like not two stars for 3 kopecks - at least at the time of my reservation. But I didn’t get such impressions even in a 2* hotel. I definitely don't recommend it. Judging by what was written, there is a feeling that the reviews were cheated: despite a bunch of disadvantages listed in the reviews on the same booking, the rating is still given quite high. It's a pity that I didn't take photos to attach to the review.

After four years away, my recent stay at this hotel was just as I remembered. The front desk staff is outstanding. They are friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way for guests. The breakfast crew, in the restaurant area, was just as wonderful. If there was anything I needed, I just had to ask. The hotel is across the street from Yerevan Park (recently renamed Diana Apcar Park). The park is a popular destination for locals. There are dining options in the park and on both sides of the street. Well known tourist destinations, such as Republic Square and Northern Avenue, are both short walks away. You will miss out on nothing, by staying at this location. And, you will gain so much more, from the amazing hospitality.

Excellent new build hotel which punches well above its Courtyard label. It offers a very quality of design through its architecture through to the well planned and designed interiors creating a great atmosphere. Friendly and welcoming staff from check in to all F and B offers to check out. Special mention to the Janetta who gave me an excellent massage. Overall, highly recommended when visiting Yerevan.

i DONT recommend this hotel: ( Especially if you are a non smoker!) : try find another hotel in the similar price range if u can. heres my honest opinion having stayed here for 5 nights. i have stayed in a room 603, on the 6th floor. room is dated which is what you paid for so its not the big problem. 6F is a non smoking floor, when i have reported a strong cigarette smell coming from the room that connects to my room. the hotel manager not only didn't take this seriously, his tone was cold and unfriendly, long story short, they have suggested that i can move to another room at 10:30pm when i have showered n have everything layout in room. i ended up was guided to the the front desk to speak to that same manager Azat. his attitude was arrogant n not customer friendly, just like on the phone. i ended up getting so upset before he said he would do something, when he called back to report that the next door customer did admit that they have smoked in the room, that was no sorry, no nothing. and i was under the impression that it was me who were bothering their evening. so when stay in the non smoking floor smells the cigarette, thats your problem, dont bother me kind of attitude, n either u move to a lower floor with a smaller room, of what do u want me to do - that sort of attitude. very bad customer service from the manager n the male staff here, but to be fair , i have met two female staff members - one who checked me in n other one when i paid for the accommodation, both of the female staff members are very helpful n attentive. a bad shot out Azat. if he is really the manager, then please send him back to training. please consider n think from a customer pov, what would u do when u r showered n about to go to bed at 10:30pm n you smell strong cigarettes smell coming to your room in a non smoking floor n the hotel give you that “ i dont give a fxxk” sort of support?

Excellent room, price-quality ratio is completely worth it.  very good feedback, all questions were answered immediately, excellent staff.

The service is good, will help with parking, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is also very good, the winter is very warm

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

We had a late check-in (about 00:00), we were waiting, in the room everything was clean, two towels per person, air conditioner is on. Bed, towels - everything is perfectly clean and smooth 👍🏻 Bed comfortable, sleeped well. The hosts are friendly and non-invasive. To the center they got to the taxi - here it is very cheap (150-209). We remained satisfied
