This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro.
The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed.
The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated.
I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food.
Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

The hotel is nice. It's close to the metro station. Or take a taxi for 1200 dram. Breakfast is very simple, so I prefer to eat outside because it's not worth the price. Reception speak English that's a big plus in Armenia.

1. The room facing the street was too noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. If I wanted to change rooms, I had to pay more. There was no negotiation and no empathy at all. I had to change rooms twice in a row to solve the noise problem.
2. The front desk staff was friendly but could not solve the problem, and the handover between colleagues was not perfect: the night shift employee promised to give room 309 at the back the next day. When he went to change it the next day, the day shift employee said he didn't know and that room 309 had already been given to other guests. .
3. There is nothing good about the location. After all, the city is small and it only takes less than 10 minutes to drive to the city center!
