We'd like to thank Alla Ghukasyan and her team for an excellent experience we've got with organizing and conducting a science festival for families in Ibis hotel in February 2023. All the team was very helpful and responsive. Everything was managed perfectly. Our guests enjoyed the place and the event due to highly professional work of Ms. Ghukasyan. Thank you very much!

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

Excellent room, price-quality ratio is completely worth it.  very good feedback, all questions were answered immediately, excellent staff.

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

The hotel was excellent and very well-located. The rooms were quite big and everything was very clean and tidy. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna (you must request the sauna be turned on before you want to use it) , and the area of the pool and sauna were clean and professionally maintained. The hotel offers breakfast, but some of the choices were a bit odd when compared to a western style breakfast. (Although there was always something on offer that I enjoyed.) The staff were also her friendly and accommodating of requests and seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Overall, I would strongly recommend staying here for a good experience in Yerevan.

We had a late check-in (about 00:00), we were waiting, in the room everything was clean, two towels per person, air conditioner is on. Bed, towels - everything is perfectly clean and smooth 👍🏻 Bed comfortable, sleeped well. The hosts are friendly and non-invasive. To the center they got to the taxi - here it is very cheap (150-209). We remained satisfied

This is not even a hotel, but a hospitality Armenian house, where you are always happy young and pleasant, very beautiful, well-educated and educated, good and attentive young guys. As a hotel expert, I have lived in many hotels in the center of Yerevan and when I was at the Sphere Hotel, which is ~3 km from the Republic Square, I was afraid to stay. But the hotel was suitable for me and territorial and at a price, so this time I stopped here. I would like to note that with the view in a modest room there is a chic hotel- cosy, fresh, beautiful, to small thought rooms with the most comfortable beds (the mattress will provide the most pleasant and quiet sleep) and furniture. The interior and its components throughout the hotel and in rooms - curtains, furniture, bathroom and plumbing, coats, towels, slippers, mini bar and the rest, it is what every guest needs - it is not important that he is a businessman or a recreational. Breakfast and restaurant staff, which speaks quietly in many languages, is a separate topic. You will find everything behind a modest breakfast, with everything very fresh and delicious, with the right feed. Apart from the right Swedish table of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruit, cashes and sweets, the young beautiful and very original actress Lilia, or any other staff of the restaurant, For you, he will cook aromatic coffee in the east and prepare an omlet as you need. Having stayed in this hotel for about 20 days, we now know exactly where we will stay next time in Yerevan. By the way, walking to the heart of Yerevan is exactly 35 minutes. Everything in Kesabella are all that we need in Armenia, we felt safe, the room has everything we need and secured aside from it's clean, the ambiance is very homie, the weather in this location is very fine, the food was sumptous yet affordable. The people in Kesabella are very kind, they are approachable and comes when you needed them the most. For a month of stay in Kesabella, they became our family away from home. ❤️ Madam Maral has the best jam in Armenia!! I can tell coz i brought home jams from supermarket but nothing beats her jams!! If we will be back to Armenia, this will be our lodging place, no doubt. ❤️ They are really true to the name of their hotel. Kesa (Casa/House) Bella (beautiful)... really a beautiful place. Tips: this place is more or less 5km far from the center. So be prepare to hail a taxi, use Yandex app. But very near to airport so no need to hurry. The owner himself will fetch and drive you to airport..What more can you ask for right? Everything is here!!!
