説是臟了床單，被詐了20塊錢，不是床單客人走了帶過去洗的，額外收了錢。實在 搞不明白。2.早上下去吃飯回來已經把房間收拾好了 ，説是敲了一下沒人直接進去了。客户沒退房私自闖進打掃衞生 ，這個也是在服了。
