Pros: Good size room, which was clean and comfortable. Porters, waiters and housekeeping very friendly. Great sea view. Small private beach Cons: Not 1 member of staff speaks fluent English. Which means you can't get any assistance. Hotel looks a bit tired. Pool area very dirty, cigarette butts, cotton buds etc around poolside. Most sunbeds have no cushions available. All inclusive is not worth the money, very limited drinks. I don't drink alcohol or soda, so had water all week as no juices or mixers. Food in restaurant not labelled so no idea what you were eating and noone to ask as noone speaks English. Avoid asking for a sea view as these rooms are all above the nightclub, which is supposed to finish at 2am but was still blaring til 3.30am most mornings. Food very samey, I'm not a fussy eater but struggled to stay 'excited' probably had 2 really good meals in 10 days. We were the only British people in the Hotel, mostly North African and clearly catered for them. We had 6 days in which the hotel/dining rooms were overrun with guests attending conferences. Would definitely not recommend for a relaxing holiday. Would not recommend the Yasmine Hammamet area. Go to Sousse I hear it's great there ☺️

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

Guys! If you are planning to visit Hammamet than Hotel Bel Azur will definitely the best choice. Everything is there. I really enjoyed the Thalasso Seawater pool (indoor & outdoor) with the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. Entrance fees are affordable too. Highly recommend!

I would like to say thank you to all the staff at this hotel. We was welcomed the first day and over the 10 days the staff all got to know us and went out thier way to help. The cleaning staff was amazing, the cheif in the kitchen made sure our children had food they liked. The bar staff would bring us drinks and remembered our orders. The entertainment staff was all amazing aswell Gogo and Momo had lots of fun with our family and made the trip very enjoyable. We went on day trips out to the camel rides, pirate boat, quads and shopping which was arranged by Samir. Thank you for a lovely holiday. This hotel is gorgeous and the suites are beautiful. It was so easy to relax and unwind in the quiet and elegant surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was lavish and dinner options were great. Spa treatments are not to be missed, the spa staff is very professional, and the prices are reasonable. The outdoor pool, the salt water indoor/outdoor pool and the beach were very pleasurable. I spent 7 days by myself and I wasn't bored for an instant during my stay. There is no animation in this hotel, it is a paradise to relax and rejuvenate.

I wrote this as a list on the plane on the way home, while it was still all fresh in my mind Good Staff - such as Morgan - so sweet Garden Pool to sea - stunning vista Food hit and miss but great variety Night out - New Year’s Eve was a fantastic night really genuinely authentic Arabic Indoor pool - warm and clean No screaming or tantrummy kids Bad Gym - any gym bunny will find this extremely disappointing - machines are very dated. Weights are not even in pairs and very sporadic. Many are missing. There’s not even 1/4 set! Pillows - on our bed, the pillows were really lumpy. Pretty disgraceful to be honest. Hard bed - neither myself, nor my partner were comfortable on this bed at all. You’d wake up with your hips aching - it is so hard One socket - one electrical socket for the entire bedroom miles away from the mirror, so I was doing my hair and guessing it!! Loo paper - the hotel makes the classic mistake of getting cheap toilet paper, which means it lasts no time and crumbles upon use (women!) Staff over hover taking things too soon Spoons - every meal they move them. I’m convinced that that is because you don’t have to ask for them and then they warrant yet more tips! Gluten free at meal times NOT displayed - anyone with coeliacs would find this nightmarish. Many of the actual dish labels were missing, so you were guessing what they were anyway, let alone what’s in them! To be fair as a café owner, I notice many people in UK are still not up-to-date in this regard Pool table - no chalk - sloping table - dire cues!! But I grew to love it! Paintings in hotel corridors so dated Plants in corridors dry and planted in dirty sand - as this is the first thing you see when you leave your room to go downstairs, it’s not great! No dance and disco while we were there only a karaoke which is my idea of hell! For the most part, though the staff were really lovely. The hotel is pretty clean and the view over the gardens onto the sea, had some absolutely spectacular moments with some of their beautiful sunsets (and the whole thing was really reasonable! T

I spend one week in hotel palm beach, it was just amazing with all the stuff who they are very friendly and welcoming .They go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Big thanks to all the entertainment team palm beach and coralia club . My child had so much fun ( pool/beach/ kids club..) Hope we see again soon

This is a suitable for families, where you will find a great services and warm hospitality Staffs are professionals have a sold knowing of how to deal with you- The room facility , views , amazing . Food and restaurant service sounds well . Accordingly, it’s recommended for your vacation

I'll call this 4.5 stars rounded up. I was here for a business trip, so will also mention the aspect of having a meeting at the Russelior. ROOM: I'd give my room 4 stars. It was super comfortable. I was fortunate to have a small balcony, and sat out there almost every day after breakfast to read for a bit before needing to go to work. I requested cleaning several times (not every day), and was very happy with the job they did with that. The bathroom and WC are like what one would find outside of the US -- shower, bath and sink in one place, toilet in the other. I agree with a review I read that the WC is funk because of how the door is placed; it's challenging to close the door. Cons in the room: Lighting is very low, especially in the bathroom. I imagine this is to hide the fact that some upgrades are needed in the bathroom -- but everything worked and was clean. DINING ROOM: There are tons of options at every meal, including authentic Tunisian dishes. Staff: 500 stars. What a lovely group of individuals! Aside from preparing and serving dishes, they taught me a bit of Tunisian every day. I wasn't just greeted politely at each meal, I was treated warmly. They recognized me, and by day 3, I'd come in to breakfast and they knew which table I was making a bee-line for; they'd be ready with coffee the way I like it, etc. Great senses of humor and wonderful service. The food is seafood heavy -- and the staff remembered I have a seafood allergy, so they'd point to the dishes I could have each day. They put a range of salads out as well. RECEPTION/OTHER STAFF: Wonderful. The front desk team was very helpful throughout the week. The hotel was spotless, and we saw people cleaning at all hours of the day. BUSINESS SETUP: We had reliable WiFi the whole week. We used a smaller meeting room, and again, the staff brought everything we needed. Tech was super easy to use. They came to clean when we were on breaks. Overall really good. I didn't experience the spa or the pool -- it was too cold to be outside by the pool, and we were too busy to take advantage of the spa! But if I am able to get back to Tunisia, I think I'd stay here again. [ONE THING: This is about Tunisia, not about this hotel -- but I wasn't prepared for how many people smoke cigarettes here. The hotel rooms are non-smoking, but people smoke on their balconies, as well as outside on the pool level. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke, I'd recommend you tell reception that when you make a reservation so they can hopefully get you to a room that isn't over a gathering area!
