首先環境在當地確實是可以，其次就是收按金也是沒問題的，那麼收了按金客户退房後查完房沒問題就應該正常退按金吧，結果呢，就是不退還得打電話去問了再退，是不是客户忘記了就當沒有按金這個事兒了。
