孔女士熱情幫忙拿行李，潘女士給升級房間，王若濤臨行時送的礦泉水小禮物，特別感謝他們三位，孔女士有點像**
門口有公交車站，整體還是比較方便的，住宿環境也還不錯，比較乾淨整體配套設施也比較全，屋裡有小冰箱還有保險櫃hahaha～每天還有瓶裝水和小麪包水果，感覺很不錯
服務真的很棒哦，響應很及時，有問題能夠及時解決，服務很好也很熱情，住着也很愉快la！

酒店位置很方便。房間整潔，屋內每天都會送新鮮的水果，服務業特別貼心到位，周邊吃飯很方便。住了兩天很滿意。退房換酒店哪天在大堂等車，小潘美女看到有小朋友還主動送了兩瓶礦泉水。態度熱情有温度。再來還會來住

房間還是挺大的，但是房間的屋頂上都發黴了，酒店設施比較老，床邊的開關好幾個不能用，空調響了一晚上，一直被吵的醒了睡着，睡着又醒，凌晨一兩點入住的，實在不想再折騰換房間，第二天一早起床換了酒店
但是服務態度是好的，畢竟是標榜四星酒店，還是希望硬件配套下

酒店環境很好，乾淨整潔，每天清理衞生。走進前台有賓至如歸感覺，孔女士熱情周到，將我們送至客房，很是感動，必須點贊。酒店周邊環境好，門前迎春大街車道多，行車十分方便快捷。酒店前方的綠地小路温馨舒適，空氣宜人。酒店真是不錯，很喜歡，以後有機會來還住這。

來煙台旅行，住君度酒店整體滿意度很高，尤其是服務態度特別好，中午到酒店，大堂孔女士幫忙推薦好吃的，正直無花果季節還送給孩子一盒無花果，真是特別感謝，短短入住一天體驗感很好，有機器人服務，床上還有小熊，第二天的早餐也豐富，符合全家人口味。

和家人來煙台旅遊，訂了這家老牌四星酒店，因為定的晚沒定上家庭房，衹定了標間。從入店開始，就有人引導，幫忙拿行李，尤其是這位叫孔寶利的工作人員，積極幫我們拿行李，到房間後幫我們拿拖鞋（因為我們3個人），屋裡還準備了歡迎水果和卡片，洗衣服的時候直接叫前台，酒店會幫忙洗好送回來，特別方便，很值得住

交通便利，奢華高級的大堂，乾淨衞生的房間，當然了，畢竟是老賓館了，裝修風格和各項設備略顯老舊，但是該有的功能都有，樓下超大的停車場，絕對不會沒有車位的煩惱，樓下還開了一家淄博燒烤，住宿的人想喝酒烤串大門都不用出，有幾個充電樁，但是都不會用，前台服務員説不是酒店自己經營的，如果能正常使用的話，會給新能源車主提供更多的便利。總之體驗就是挺好，衹要要求不高，值得體驗！
