房間沒電視想換個房間，然後想出去吃飯回來再換。回來時前台一阿姨在，她説換216房間，這時老闆孩子過來了，説都沒有電視，而且入住時不給房間鑰匙，拿房間鑰匙需要交按金！然後交了40得按金！以前住過很多次，從來沒這樣，太*！臟亂差，和多年以前完全不同，絕對不會住了！莫名其妙的毛巾，也不知幹啥的

服務很好，入住老闆把電熱毯空調都幫忙開好，插排有問題也及時處理了，房間乾淨，一直有熱水。房間有點點漏風，再就是衞生間比較小。

五一去煙台玩 提前定的酒店 當時房間很少了 找了半天看這個環境還可以就定了 當天中午到了辦的入駐 一看房間瞬間產生落差 垃圾桶裏垃圾居然都沒倒 床上的被子也不平整 感覺沒收拾利索 衞生間花灑沒有 本來定了兩天 住了一天直接聯繫平台退了一天 又找了另一家酒店住的

不知為啥呢，房間沒有暖氣，外面剛下的雪還沒化了在外面冷了一天，本以為住到旅館會暖和點，房間沒暖氣，空調壞的，在招待所房間冷了4個小時老闆才給弄好空調，，不管衞生條件如何，這次住旅館可是受罪了
