Second time staying at this hotel. Came back because it was so good last time. It's located in the Yantai Economic Development Area, so good access to Golden Beach area and many Korean restaurants. Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Free guest laundry is a great bonus. Breakfast is good with wide choice. Hotel was very busy because of the national holiday but the kitchen staff did an AMAZING job keeping all the dishes refilled at breakfast. Coffe shop on the top floor is nice with lovely views. All in all, good value for money. Would stay here again.

Location is central. Lots of stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We can see the whole city and the ocean views from our window. Great value. Front desk was on 26th floor and it did cause some trouble when I ordered outside delivery for the first time. But it’s all sorted out and had been smooth thereafter.

Second time stayed here and it was nice. Unfortunately gym and swimming pool wasn’t working. It was clean enough, however I believe a change on the bathroom’s corners material would be good to get rid of moisture. One towel had a hair which it was good. Besides of that it was very good stayed, good location and great view. Breakfast was good, and hotel prepares a package for you in case you are leave to early to take breakfast. The concierge service always more than helpful.

Environment: The environment is quite good. I didn’t expect the surrounding environment of the hotel to be so good when I booked. It is located in the party school. It is comfortable and safe. Behind it is the green campus of the party school. You can walk. Opposite is Yantai Stadium and Sports Park. Looking at the distance is the sea. The sea view is very good. Can see the sea, the room is still very quiet. It is not far from the smoke street, Binhai Middle Road, and the Pearl of the Yellow Sea. You can walk to the beach to play. Although it is far from popular attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, Yantai Mountain, Suocheng, etc., the 10-way car at the entrance of the hotel is very convenient to go to these places, one yuan is directly accessible. Service: Very good, standardized hotel services are available, there is warm welcome fruit. Free Lushan mineral water, more than a few bottles than the average hotel, do not need to buy water outside to drink. Hygiene: Although the hotel is not the latest, the hygiene is maintained very well, the lobby is large, the windows are bright and clean, and the bathroom in the room is clean. Facilities: The hotel is not a fashionable hotel, it is a party school organ hotel, so the furniture and appliances have a temperament that is in line with the identity of the party school, but all aspects have reached the level of four stars, the room is large, the price is very affordable, The price on weekdays includes more than 200 breakfasts (breakfast is very good), and there is not much increase during the National Day. Before I came, I consulted a lot of hotels, inns, famous hotels, and the boss patiently answered my various questions and gave us a guide, so I finally chose here. When I came that day, I put my luggage here, and then I went to Ole Fort to play, and I came out at 1 pm. Then I ate something according to the place recommended by the innkeeper. I came back to sleep in the afternoon. I went directly to the beach to swim in the evening. There was a park for 3 minutes. The boss said that the locals were swimming here. After swimming at 8 o'clock in the evening, there was a newly opened net red restaurant in the nearby village, and there was a resident singing. Very emotional, I still put my luggage here in the morning, took the sour plum soup sent by the boss to Penglai Pavilion, swept the small yellow car, and walked to Penglai Pavilion in 18 minutes along the beach, which was very convenient. Choosing here is really cheap, the service is thoughtful, I hope the boss's business is booming.

I had a big room to myself, felt a little underutilized but overall, very comfortable. The toilet is also very big and can be used by two persons at a time, so wasted and I am alone this time. Everything is good except perhaps lighting in bathroom especially the vanity area can be brighter so that I can see my make up clearer :)! One more comment about the power point at bedside, as I do not have international adaptor, so I have to charge my phone at study table area. It will be nice if they can also have the international power point like the one at the study table. Very good spread of buffet breakfast just that I found food (bacon, sausages and noodles) is not warm. Anyway, there are other warmer food available too. Above are my personal comments which do not affect the rating of the hotel. Of course, if those are being improved than this hotel will score 110% from me.
