老闆極度沒有誠信，下了單過去説什麼漏單沒有房。就給你安排到山下很遠的地方。好幾批客人都是這樣，訂5間給你4間。然後在把你安排在其他地方。每天超收客人用這個欺騙的方式謀利。説是在景區內，實際根本沒有在景區裏面。

請大家不要來這個黑店，我真的開了眼了！我對我説的所有話負責，定了四間温馨雙人間，到店老闆説沒看到我們攜程訂單（後來才發現這是老闆的套路，後來又遇到幾個別的顧客也遇到了一樣的問題）老闆説沒有房間了，然後把我們帶到景區外的一個環境惡劣的招待所，我們不同意，跟攜程投訴後又説可以給我們安排幾間普通的標間，跟實際訂的房完全不一樣！打開窗户一大面白牆，任何風景都沒有，衞生差，被子潮，這是我住過綜合體驗最差的，你們來神農谷千萬不要住這裏，誰住誰倒黴！

入住體驗非常一般，一樓卡拉OK吵死了，影響休息。由於是旺季，老闆非常忙，入景區前幸虧打了個電話，不然預訂的房間就給別人了，到了酒店後又來了幾撥人都是之前預訂好房間最後老闆沒給留，好尷尬！好麻煩！好暈！
