衞生一般，隔音很差，從早到晚都能聽到整層樓其他房間傳出來的聲音。有窗户的房間，即使拉着窗簾，也能透進來外面廣告牆的霓虹燈，十二點多以後才沒那麼亮了。但是出於這個價格，我也不能打太低的分，畢竟它便宜。

怎麼説呢，就是酒店地點好，延大網紅牆，停車不方便，房間就是隔板間，挨着門口吧枱，什麼接電話，都能聽的特別清楚，去哪都方便，要是不是門口可能還能好點吧

房子不隔音，早上五點鐘店主就開始和房客説話 聽得一清二楚。一直説到我們退房 一晚上沒睡好覺 半夜還能聽到沖水的聲音。

地處延邊大學對面,樓外即網紅強,出行方便,就餐便利,但房間太小,電熱壺都不配,燒水要去服務枱,性價比真不行
