Talking about the shortcomings, that is, the shortcomings pointed out to the hotel: 1. When we checked in, the security master asked us to show our ID card, and then took a photo and uploaded it to the service staff responsible for registration without our consent. This behavior of casually taking pictures of a guest's ID card with a mobile phone is very inappropriate and unprofessional. 2. The homestay is in the countryside, and meals can only be eaten in the homestay. However, the menu of the homestay is not clearly marked, and it needs to be booked in advance. 3. The hot water in the homestay comes very slowly. It does not take many minutes to come in the old time, but we have used the hot water for a long time. When we thought that there was no hot water and were about to ask the waiter, we felt a little warm. Up. We checked in on May 21, so we don't feel cold. If the guests staying in the winter unknowingly take off their clothes to take a bath, they may freeze if they can’t wait for hot water for a long time. You need to turn on the hot water in advance and wait until the hot water comes out before you can undress. 4. The water pressure is low and the bath is not cool enough. Overall, the environment of the homestay is very commendable. Regarding the shortcomings, the homestay can also listen to opinions with an open mind. Except that the water pressure and hot water problems cannot be solved, the others have expressed that they will change. I believe they will get better and better!

Traveled so many times, the experience was the worst. My parents and I drove all the way from Beijing to here to start our first stop in the lower reaches of the south. It's 1 o'clock in the morning. Then we asked the security guard to take us to the room, and the other party (very bad in Mandarin) took us out of the yard, pointed to the parking place and the yard where we lived, and left by ourselves. I braved the heavy rain to find a way to open the door in the yard. But it cannot be opened. I called the person in the hotel again. Finally, the people in the hotel called the security guard back to open the door, only to find that the development of the door was opened by a small electronic card hung on one of the two sets of keys he threw to us. No one has ever told us about this. After tossing and entering the room, my father and I were soaked in the heavy rain. The mood at the time was really terrible. Later, the hotel explained that it would be handed over to the security guard at night based on operational needs, because fewer people stayed here at night. The master is from Anhui, the Mandarin is not good and so on. I want to explain here that from the standpoint of a hotel, I can understand everything, but I don't understand why, as a guest, I should understand the trouble that the hotel’s operational needs have brought to me and my family. I pay the same fee no matter when I check in during the day and night. Why do guests receive the discounted service when they arrive at the store at night? If the hotel can't receive late check-in guests, you can not pick it up! It’s really sad to see my parents being anxious with me during the whole process and getting caught in the rain...

優點:環境非常好，有中式建築，也有田園風光，非常休閑放鬆。贈送的摘蔬菜很好，孩子很喜歡。 不足:離市區稍微有一點遠。另外，洗澡的熱水要放一會兒温度才能上來。床墊不夠軟。

民宿的環境真的不醜，有點古代園林的感覺，有假山、有水、有亭子…古色古香的，很安靜適合休假睡覺，沒有城市裡的喧囂，水裡還有不少小魚；前台那個短髮的接待人員態度也好好，有耐心，點贊👍下次還會來

管家服務非常好，房間也很舒適，早餐送到房間非常貼心～美中不足就是交通不是很方便，如果自駕來會好很多，位置相對比較偏，需要管家幫忙叫車才能出行～如果夏天來景色會更好一些，深秋初冬周圍環境有點荒涼～但是整體居住體驗蠻好的～室內採光特好，每個別墅有自己的小院子，可以點燒烤外賣～臨走前還送了稻米，特別樸實周到～
