Everything looks good. Good service and location except the discrepancy in the hotel name used in trip.com and the display on hotel front door.

酒店位置很好，離東關街很近，出行非常方便。酒店位於新村裡晚上很安靜，關鍵停車場是最愛，停車真的是很好，開房車的朋友可以加水充電，管理員大叔服務也很到位，真的是很貼心，必須點贊，當然酒店服務也是相當不錯滴，價錢也合適可以説是一個性價比很高的酒店，下次去還會繼續選擇這家。值得推薦👍

房間桌上準備了香蕉和牛奶 還是蠻貼心的 前台服務人員態度也挺好的
進房床上三個大抱枕 感覺不太乾淨的樣子 有種多此一舉的感覺
酒店環境總的來説就是大樓外觀和酒店大堂比較新和高級，房間內特別是衞生間透露出老舊的感覺。。洗澡沒有備涼拖，衹能赤腳，有點接受不了，因為淋浴間裏的防滑墊已經老舊發黃。。然後馬桶的水在夜裡一直滴漏加上空調聲音也比較吵，對睡眠淺的人非常不友好。
總之 不太推薦。。。

每年來一次揚州，今年住這裏了，在皇宮廣場，位置很好，在市中心離文昌閣很近，距離怡園很近，300多米，晚上可以去吃飯正宗傳統淮揚菜。酒店房間夠寬敞，很乾凈。床墊挺好舒適，服務很好，前台小黃，小楊和小劉特別熱情到位，年齡大了，還將我們與行李送到房間，熱情導引附近美食和東關街。特別贊住宿帶早餐特別好，真的出乎意外，品種全，有特色，性價比極高，照了幾張發朋友圈了。門口薛師傅也很好，認真熱情。總之酒店硬件和服務都太棒了

服務特別好，主動幫忙提行李，辦理入住時送上一瓶水，讓人非常暖心，房間沒有想象的大，但是上下樓都有衞生間比較方便，二樓更舒服一點，適合家庭住房，衞生間設備多少有點老，但是挺乾淨！自助早餐很豐富！

位置在文昌閣附近出行較方便，旁邊就是花園茶樓。酒店設施比較老，房間不大，隔音差，不是很通風晚上睡覺很乾，衞生間簡陋，洗澡就一塊布的簾子，假期出遊價格漲了好幾倍，700一晚不值這個價。服務倒是還可以的
