這是位置一個商住小區裏其中一棟的幾層作為旅館用的，可以説是無敵海景！性價比超值！停車免費！還帶有電灶台，洗衣機、冰箱都有。但因為入住率低，有點慌。電梯也有響聲。

前台小妹態度很好，衞生也很乾凈。一百多的酒店居然標配智能馬桶，其他的也不用我講了撒。

千凈衞生，主要新凈，住在御海灣的小區裏面的，很靠近 海，我一家六口帶着所個小朋發過去玩約，想要找乾淨整潔一處的地方，正好者到法個店新升評論聖臨也説是乾淨 衞生（我也在記拍圖了），，一個床一個沙發子電視洗衣機 抽油煙機冰箱等基本配好，真的很棒寶寶也沒有抗拒這裏，很自然而然的住下了，我們是兩點多一點到公寓樓下，但是被通知還沒打掃衞生，我們手是先進去別的房間等，後面阿姨陸續搞好衞生了我們定了三間房，在不同樓層，就是有點遲搞衞生，有點影響行程。比軟推程喜歡千凈衞生的小夥伴們入住乾淨如新的感覺就是棒
