從來沒有見過這樣的酒店，我們訂大床房，用標間的床來拼在一起充當大床房，而且還不告知我一下，床中間有個坑，睡得一身疼，找了大堂經理服務還不好。

人生第一次給酒店差評，我們去到酒店前台是十二點半左右，前台告知現在沒房，因為還沒有打掃衞生，我們想着先去玩，行李寄放前台，也不同意説沒位置，但是明明很多箱子都寄放在前台的，我們就一個20寸的行李箱和一個包都説沒位置，説衹能先辦入住再安排客房服務打掃衞生，然後跟我們説床還不能鋪，要下午；因為我們也是去玩的，不想搞的大家都生氣，好！我們妥協了所有，下午我們玩完很累，想回酒店休息，三點多的時候，同行的夥伴先去拿另外一個房間的房卡（定了2間，先給一間的房卡），我到前台4點，我就去問我們的房間搞好了嗎？當時前台4個人，沒有一個人抬頭看我，過了一會，給我們辦入住的那個人跟我説另外一個房間房卡給了，床鋪要等五點多從乾洗店送回來才可以，我看這前台那幾個人的態度直接發火了，才趕緊聯繫客房服務去搞兩個床鋪給我們鋪上，等了十幾二十分鐘才上去！

住了一晚上，退房時落了個羽絨服，第二天一天都沒有通知到我，不是自己想起來也沒人提醒，不知道打個電話通知一下，不然第二天走了都不知道，服務不行，羽絨服全給我壓扁了，擠變形了，硬塞到一個袋子裏，捲成了一個小團，全是褶子，羽絨都壓沒了，真是服了，這破酒店服務！好好培訓培訓吧

前台服務不好，本來坐了一天車，走到前台辦理入住，結果遇到她在電話，頭都不抬看都不看我們一下，我們就在一邊等，我就看她要打好久的電話？一會旁邊有位小夥才來接待，維也納還國際酒店？內部設施太陳舊，踏入過道很壓抑……

地理位置不錯，位置陽朔中心位置，離景區都不遠，十里畫廊千古情西街這些都很近，西街走路10分鐘就可以到達，門口還有電動車出租，前台小姐姐服務好，酒店設施比較全，3樓還有自助洗衣，十分滿意下次來還會入住維也納。

老酒店了，遠跟不上現在的價格，説實話房間價格最多也就三百，我們當地三百的酒店比這個都強了N倍，感覺旅遊的就是豬，時刻都會被宰。

衝著我們大重慶的維也納去的，結果這差別也太大了吧，設施陳舊不説臟兮兮的，還宰遊客，由於我們當天早上五點入住收全價我就不説什麼了，攜程我看的是498，前台説給我打8折下來800多，我呵呵，説攜程上面才400多，前台説不可能這麼便宜，不想給我房，真是服了，這麼宰客的呢?酒店看起來就值100來塊的房間。終身黑
