The place is fantastic and the front desk staff is super helpful but there is a long way to go ….
There are so many things the place can improve and create an “experience” for the client who is paying decent amount of money. Here is the list -
1) waiting staff should be trained to understand the needs of the customer not appear confused if a request is made which does not fit their expection!
2) Waiting staff should be taught that plates / spoons are essential to eat food one can’t eat yogurt with chopsticks.
3) GYM does not have even one mirror.
4) gym is also used as the storage room and yoga mats are tucked some where hard to find.
5) gym machines are not good quality too light and unsafe to use - it’s better just to have free weights and yoga equipment.
Other than this the experience was good - the lady at the reception was helpful and smart. Hope that they learn quickly else the options are plenty !!

真的超級愛這家民宿酒店啊！來之前做了很多攻略，排除最火的兩家網紅出片酒店後我在幾乎全部推薦的上榜酒店裡選中了這家，本人是對住宿有一定要求的，不光酒店自身要乾淨整潔，服務好，同時景色也必須美，適合短途旅行休息躺平的好地方。
設施：我們同行的朋友就是搞這一行的，專業聊項目，老闆在裝修方面是花了些💰的哈哈
衞生：不至於到滿分吧，給個七八十，山裡的民宿能做到這樣個人認為還不錯了。
環境：真的很贊看看我的美圖吧，夜晚不下雨沒霧應該能看到星星，但我們是清明去玩的，不下雨管家就點起了篝火，晚上還會播電影，真的很喜歡啊，晚上喝點酒和朋友閑聊看電影，真的太美妙。
房間內設施也都健全，電視音響和智能馬桶，一切都讓我們入住者舒適安心。
民宿隔壁舊手機一家很網紅的咖啡店，再走幾步的酒吧也很值得一去，推薦給大家～
服務：提供高鐵站接送服務，每個人都笑嘻嘻的，態度很友好的，都會盡量滿足客人。臨走還送了伴手禮。

酒店位置優越，與壯觀的灕江山水自然風光融為一，酒店拍照很出片。離江邊約50米，可選酒店預約竹筏服務，免除排隊。
酒店建築設計前衞現代，大氣簡約，乾淨舒適。
巨大草坪，傍晚露天篝火、燒烤、電影、煙火，儀式感滿滿。
餐廳味道有保障，用餐環境不錯。

安靜、美麗、有私人空間，適合放空、遛娃、情侶度假⛱️，風景相當不錯[飛吻R]
舒適度：🌟🌟🌟🌟
一顆星給服務人員，賓至如歸的服務，有求必應！很適合我躺遊！一顆星給餐食，豬欄餐廳好吃的，避免出去踩雷。一顆星給安排，管家能幫我們安排相公山的行程、私人竹筏、接送興坪古鎮，真的很方便還省時間！一顆星給內部軟裝，很漂亮，觀景性極強！
少一顆星是因為個人趕上雨季有點潮濕（天氣不可避免），房間內部細節有小小問題（無傷大雅，不再細説）。
觀嵐真的是一個很不錯的酒店，我想當我們靜下來用心感受自然的時候，眼前就盡是美景！

第一次來陽朔，最棒的決定就是選擇了觀嵐作為落腳點～以後再來陽朔還會再次選擇觀嵐！酒店離陽朔高鐵站二三十分鐘車程，出行入住都十分絲滑舒適。
酒店和房間每一處都很美很出片，前兩天陰雨綿綿也蓋不住這裏的歲月靜好，最後一天放晴了又是一種不同的美景～
房間內不僅乾淨，佈置好看，家居設施還都很好用，各種智能家居、地暖、恆温泳池令居住體驗很舒適。
最要緊的是管家們服務都太好太周到了，有一種回家的感覺，非常温馨。早餐下午茶晚安點心味道都很棒，每頓都喂得飽飽的。因為太舒適完全不想出去了，晚餐也直接在酒店的豬欄餐廳解決了，出品很贊氛圍一絕，服務到位。這邊也特別鳴謝可樂管家和番薯管家這三天的照顧。
PS：離傳説中的畫山咖啡簡直就是兩步路的距離，可惜觀嵐住的太舒服直到退房後才有空隙去坐了坐～最後一天終於放晴，詢問管家後決定去爬老寨山看日落，雖然路途確實艱辛但美景也很值得。老寨山剛好在酒店和高鐵站中間順路的位置，下山後直接沖向高鐵站坐最後一班車回廣非常順利～

出行前一天會有相對應的管家，會諮詢高鐵站到站的時間，然後安排接送，我覺得這個是個小細節非常的好
酒店的環境對得起這個價格，包括被子沒有臟東西

環境和服務都很好，對於提出的需求都積極響應，而且能按照要求做到，酒店的啤酒魚超級好吃，食材都很新鮮，有自己的菜園子。離江邊很近，下雨天慢慢溜達也很舒適，早上起來看到窗外的綠色絕對會心情很好。有幾點合理化建議（個人感受）：1.電梯味道有點重；2.浴室冷水熱水的開關方式可以進行標識；3.房卡可以根據觀嵐的特色進行定製。
