Hotel location is not bad, it is very convenient to go anywhere. In my opinion, everything is perfect. At the hotel you will be met by an attentive and kind reception worker who speaks english. They will tell you everything and answer your questions about the hotel and the sights in the area. The hotel is located not far away, within walking distance from the busy and noisy west street, but at the same time it is very quiet and calm near the hotel itself, which is important for a good sleep. The breakfast at the hotel is good and delicious. Also in the afternoon, the hotel offers to enjoy a drink with fruits and cakes on the roof with a charming view. It is possible to rent a bike right in front of the hotel to explore the area. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Yunqi Resort in Yangshuo and it did not disappoint. We were in Yangshuo for Chinese language training nearby at Omeida and it was a perfect place to stay. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable with views of the karst mountains and lily pond streams. The breakfast provided the right amount of choices and the afternoon tea was a nice treat. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. One of our favorite things is the bedtime soup. It helps us sleep after a day of study and site seeing. When staying in Yangshuo, the Four Seasons Yunque Resort is our first choice.

It was almost 9 pm when we arrived. The customer service was very warm and helped us take the luggage to the room. We warmly reminded us that the screen windows should be closed. The room was very comfortable. The roof travel was great. In the morning, you can see the fairy spirit. The episode when you parted, lost a bag in the towel box, The customer service is very active in contacting the courier to send it back, the conscience store, you must recommend it 👍

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, they added us to a WeChat group. We asked a few questions in the group, and they responded promptly. They even helped us book a driver to the airport. The rooms were comfortable, and the floating bathtubs were very cool. The location was peaceful, but it was far out. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, but keep in mind that you'll need to book a car if you're wanting to do anything in Yangshuo city. The breakfast was simple (Guilin rice noodles), but tasty. The pool had a beautiful view, but there wasn't much shade and no loungers or pool towels available. An extra perk was the mirrored viewing rooftop where you could capture the beautiful surroundings! A great place to stay if you're looking for a bit of a retreat!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The receptionists Tina and Cathy helped us on many occasions and were very friendly from the beginning until the end. It's the best service that we have encountered now during our trip. The view from our room as well as from the top floor was simply amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel 🥰 super helpful stuff that helped me to arrange all my trips, find the way to get everywhere and even drop me off. The location of the hotel is very convenient, a lot of attractions around. Around 15 monturas ride to the west street. Amazing view outside, right out of the window you can see the river with bamboo boats. Highly recommend staying in this hotel 👍☺️

We had an amazing stay. We loved how the hotel was located in a very quiet corner of a small village, and there was nothing but farmland outside. The hotel offered free bike rental so you can enjoy a “back to nature” and “back to childhood” ride near the river side. Our assistant Emily at the hotel was superb and took care of everything for us, from dinner and raft bookings to hotel recreational classes and directions to various places. She made our stay so relaxing. Final thing to mention was the food, the Western restaurant was not up to par with the desserts very dry and tasting it was from a chain bakery store, but BaiYun restaurant was delicious with good local food.

If you’re looking for some place, that’s clean safe convenient affordable then this is a place for you. They have many different kinds of rooms rooms that face West Street rooms that don’t face west street. it has a convenient elevator rooms are semi contemporary clean no bugs good air conditioner good water, pressure good shower everything you need to have convenience at your fingertips and I don’t know if they do this for everybody but every day I get two bananas and those little tomato cherries nice.
