Yangshuo best scenic view in guilin! Zhenmei best view on 5th floor. Wonderful stay big room best price.

Love this hotel. Everything you need are provided. Very thoughtful.
You can buy local tours from them. The prices are much cheaper than Trip.com and Klook. The hotel also arrange transportation to Guilin, High speed train station at a very reasonable price.The services rendered at the travel and tour counters are exemplarary.
The receptionist are very helpful. They will try their best to assist you.
Everything is perfect.
The only one small complain that I have is the housekeeping didn't clean/wipe the mirrors. You can see some kind of mucus stains on the mirror left by previous guest (looks like someone has cough on it). It was left on the mirror for the 4 nights we stayed.
Overall it was a good stay and we enjoyed our stay.

Big room with plenty of space, in a perfect location right in the heart of West Street, yet completely quiet with no noise at all. E-bike rental is available right outside the hotel entrance. Staff speak a good level of English, finally. Every day you get fresh fruit, candies in the room, and free drinks. Truly an amazing experience.
