我住的山景大床房，性價比高，樓齡新，環境乾淨衞生，地點旅遊方便，就在北洛密境附近，去馬尾島必經之路，後面就是牛塘山和閘坡漁港。

第二天早上還有早餐，吃完早餐搭上去往迪士尼的班車，10分鐘左右到達，真的很方便，下次還會再來的。整體來説非常滿意
2、這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，四樓有一個很大的花園，晚上在這裏聊天，喝茶，搞個燒烤非常愜意。

這個二房一廳的公寓其實在碧桂園北洛明珠6棟，應該是精裝公寓，房內也算乾淨整潔的，適合一家大小旅居，不過想要看一望無際的海景，真不建議住這，去訂離這僅僅601米的洛悦酒店，雖然貴，但起碼下樓就是沙灘了，還想吐槽的住這手機沒信號，是不是海邊都這樣的？？？

訂房的時候被封面騙了，那個是旁邊北洛的天際泳池酒店，和這公寓沒有半毛錢關係，特意選了貴的海景房，要訂的人自己看看陽台拍的原圖照，希望公寓不要搞張不屬於自己設施的泳池美照欺騙客户，用回實際環境照片比較符合。

店主服務巨好！即使從馬尾島坐穿到碼頭走過去客棧也特別近！定的是標間但店家升級成了大套房！定了兩間全部升級！下次來還住！！！陽台直接看大海！

環境很好，新房子，服務周到，步行網紅景區北洛灣約10分鐘左右，傍晚可能到馬尾島看日落。

進門第一感覺，地面不乾淨，自己掃了一遍，常規的東西，包括毛巾、香皂都沒有，要打電話要求，會送過來。馬桶一用就堵了，聯繫多次，讓阿姨來搞，阿姨拿來一個通馬桶的工具，要求客人自己弄，住了一晚800+的房間，進來第一件事是通馬桶🚽洗漱間沒有放衣服、浴巾的地方，洗漱完了要出來擦，及其尷尬😅吹風機也是壞的，聯繫老闆，讓我們自己去樓下商店換一個（當然不用客人付錢）。連住兩天，第二天沒有人補充紙巾、水，清理垃圾也沒有，打電話才送水和紙巾。對了，還有床鋪，第一晚發現睡着很不舒服，第二天發現是床墊沒有拆塑料外包裝，打電話溝通，老闆不同意拆，怕弄臟床墊，完全不考慮客人感受。
因為是五一出行，不方便再訂別的酒店，也不想去爭執破壞自己的心情。但真實的體驗必須發表出來，免得其他人踩雷，不知道4.8的評價是怎麼來的，也不值這個價錢。

入住的第三天，事實證明選擇這家公寓是對的，不僅衞生乾淨，而且環境優雅，老闆人也非常好，對我們旅遊的人來説，去景點方便是最重要的，以下圖片是海陵島的主要景點，這些景點大部分步行可以到達，最遠的打車不超過10元錢，這就是我們連續三天住他家的原因，本來打算再住二晚的，天氣預報説下雨，所以離開的！
