避雷，設施老舊，房間不乾淨，收取按金，前台非常不專業。
連幫拿行李的都沒有，引導停車的也沒有。
前台態度極差，標間給我開大床，雙早給我説是單早，平台的歡迎水果也不給，多次糾正後假情假意説“酒店贈送的水果”。下午茶禮遇自始至終沒給。
房間臟污，牆上都是黴斑，冰箱無法使用，座機電話的總枱按鈕居然會打到別人房間裏面去，真是離譜……

十一來陽谷旅遊，選了這家酒店，出乎意料的滿意！酒店是個地標性的建築，位置很好，離獅子樓不遠，周圍美食很多，吃飯方便。酒店外觀和設施都很棒，四星級，很顯檔次。最滿意的是自助早餐，種類很多，尤其推薦他家做的陽谷特色小吃肉盒，皮薄餡大，很好吃！😊下次來陽谷，還要選這家😘

男友第一次來陽谷，選擇了咱們老品牌酒店，酒店的前台蘇嬌嬌服務熱情周到，提出的問題都能用心解決，非常感謝！酒店晚上一點也感覺不到嘈雜，房間寬敞，床鋪舒適，環境整體温馨幽靜，房間衞生整潔，這次體驗感很好，退房的時候還看到了很多人辦婚宴，很熱鬧喜慶，下次有機會還會選擇咱們酒店。
