房間還可以 設施也還行 進園有人接 但是説電瓶車充電 自己提着東西走進園 也不幫忙主動拿一下東西 好感頓時沒有了 靠近水幕表演還不錯 沒有什麼人 不擁擠 吐槽水城裡的燒烤 簡直少 小 不怎麼樣 早餐實在不好 首先碗碟拿了幾個都是沒有洗乾淨的 飯粒等都死死的扒碗碟上了 早餐種類能管飽吧 也不熱 有史以來吃了下的最慢的麪 而且超級不好吃 爛的很 終於明白為什麼下那麼長時間了

前台的服務還行，但是早餐大媽服務態度是真的差，普通話她也聽不懂，還一臉不耐煩，屋裡的床，床邊角太寬了，撞了我兩次，第一次右腿，第二次左腿直接撞痛到説不了話，第二天晚上到家發現大腿已經青了一片。酒店就在燈光秀門口，地理位置我覺得還不錯。酒店來回有接駁車，進出都不用步行。

這個酒店很有特色，民國風味。不錯 也非常安靜。周邊都是景。有機會再來。

雖然房間比較舊了，但服務還是挺好的，有要求也能夠儘量滿足，走出酒店就是水秀及燈光秀旁，非常近，春節期間還看了無人機秀，景區很棒。

開始怕車停在停車場坐電瓶車去酒店不方便，沒想到比住古北水鎮方便多了，停車離遊客中心不遠，而且走的時候可以直接開到車旁邊，天冷電瓶車還有塑料圍子，坐電瓶車到酒店也不遠。酒店很有特色，也很舒適，隔音不錯，服務很好，前台介紹附近的餐館還給送了餐到房間。在這休息兩天非常棒👍🏻性價比很高
