酒店寫着可以帶寵物，實際辦理入住的時候告訴我不行。又請示了領導，説保證寵物不吵就可以。那是個🐶，我怎麼保證它不吵？！然後又説沒有早餐，溝通後變成一個雞蛋一個包子一碗粥送到房間。。。要不是當天太晚到了，應該也不會選擇這家。不過當晚在班的前台服務員態度還是不錯的，努力的想幫忙解決問題。對酒店的整體管理還是不太滿意。

房間整體不錯，但是衞生間洗手盆下水不好，衞生間都是水，向前台反饋過問題，最後派來一個安保人員拿拖把拖了一下，説是洗手盆下水慢，然後沒有下文了，我帶的一歲多的小朋友，孩子在洗手間摔了好幾次，讓人很惱火，解決問題不是這樣解決的，我要的是解決方案，而不是你告訴我下水不好，我們要住一天，下水一直不好，我們使用也不方便，希望可以改進
