Yudaonsen Ubl Hotel Matsumasa Reviews

This hotel caters to Japanese compleltly. Room is large. Bathroom is literally two feet by 3-1/2 feet. No western food of any kind. No coffee in the rooms. Beds in the "western style' rooms are hard as a ROCK. Good wi-fi. Minimal towels. 5 TV channels, all Japanese. Bring your google translate-English and any other foreign language skills here are on the far side of minimal. Staff very nice but communication requires patience!

In the heart of Yamaguchi City, there is a convenience store nearby. There is free parking. Dinner and breakfast are also very good. The room is very large and the surrounding environment is very pleasant. There is Tenkapi Ramen next to the hotel.

Great luxury hotel in Yudaonsen. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable (the tatami mats must have been recently replaced, since the entire floor smelled of fresh tatami!) The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, and the staff went out of its way to ensure that no fish or seafood were present in my meal (I am allergic to both). While it cost to reserve the onsen bath, it was well worth it -- a great soak was had by both of us! Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

The hotel room is very large, the spring quality is very good, there are several pools, massage jets are very good, the service staff is very good, the original check-out at 9 am was extended to 10 am for free after communication.

On Saturday, I suddenly had to go to Yamaguchi City with my daughter's family, so we stayed at the Yubel Hotel, which had a Japanese-style room. It faces a wide street that runs through the center of Yuda Onsen, and it was a large hotel where weddings could be held, and the room was as spacious as expected. The hot spring was a little hot, but as expected, it was large and free-flowing, and there was a comfortable open-air bath. If you look closely, there are many old facilities, but they have been renovated and have WiFi. It was disappointing to find out later that there were no amenities such as toothbrushes or razors in the room or the bathroom, and I had to bring them from the lobby.

Stayed 2 nights. When I made a reservation, I checked various things on the phone, but the phone response was very kind and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean, the lobby was large, and the front desk staff was very nice. It was a Japanese-style room, but it was spacious and well-cleaned. The large public bath was large and I was able to relax. I had a small child, so I took a private bath, but it was spacious enough, including the dressing room, so I didn't have any problems. The things that bothered me were that the washlet in the toilet in the room didn't work, the elevator closed early and the stroller got stuck, and the parking lot in front of the hotel was full when we arrived late. Sometimes, the only thing left in the bath is horse oil shampoo, so I thought it would be nice to have other shampoos. It was hotel which went of satisfaction including price generally.

こんなご時世にこんな規模で全て行き届いている宿はなかなか無い。 案内係のおねえさんも配膳係のおねえさんも最高です。 規模をちゃんと叶えてくれる。

ご飯の内容を見て予約しました。 妊婦だったため生モノが食べれず、食事の内容を変更してもらったのですが、変更していただいた食事も大満足でここを選んでよかったと思いました。 食事中に色々声をかけてもらい、とても楽し時間を過ごせました。
