I read that it used to be a grand hotel and has now been rebuilt, and I was convinced. When you enter the room, you can tell how old it is. The futon was already laid out, so there was no need for the person in charge to enter. When I opened the bathroom door, there was hair on the floor! There was also hair under the face down cup on the sink! ! Cleaning is too bad. Service at the restaurant was very good. The front desk was also efficient. We enjoyed free table tennis and billiards for 30 minutes, but the air conditioning wasn't working and it was hot, so we were sweating. It was said that each inn had a hot spring, and that the quality of the hot springs differed. It's really creamy here. Open-air and indoor baths. Shampoo and other items are cheap, so use what you bring with you. There are few customers. There were many families with small children.

There is a system where you bring your yukata from the side of the elevator, but there is no guidance at all, and no one asks about dinner or breakfast times, and there is no guidance. The toilet doorknob in the room is broken and you can't open it once you close it, and the lock on the safe is broken, and I wish they would reconsider the service industry from scratch. The food was good so it's still a relief.

I had booked a hot spring inn deep in the mountains of Kumamoto, but was advised to cancel due to the possibility of snowfall, so I had no choice but to cancel. I had to find accommodation for the next day in a hurry, and couldn't find the accommodation I wanted, so I booked here. It's a large inn for families, so I think everyone will have different tastes. I think the quality of the hot springs is good. It is convenient to be close to tourist spots in Yamaga such as Yachiyoza.
