Friendly staff,good ambiance,best rooms .My friends were very happy and hoping to come back.The service in this hotel is on top notch.i like everything in this hotel.The swimming pool is well treated and very clean.Hoping to come back son

The place is generally cool from the staffs and the services offered. I liked the warm reception from the hostesses and their perfect smiling without an end The ambience is also good. The swimming pool ,was clean I liked it . Looking forward to come with my family next time .

We received poor treatment from one of your staff who wanted to take advantage of us not understanding vernacular Luo language. We were overcharged. Management does not care. Visit this place at your own risk 1) staff take advantage of foreigners and non locals 2) bad mouthing and abuses if you try to correct them 3)staff are out to steal and seems there is collusion between them and management because on reporting to a manager, a lady, she did not care much 4) card payments and mobile money payment system doesn't work so you must have cash on you.
