原本是沒有想差評這家酒店的，實在是這家酒店的做法太讓人生氣了。本來是看到評論還不錯才選擇這家店的，高高興興的去辦理入住，結果服務員的態度太一般般了，房間整體還是不錯的，就是隔音效果太不好了，一大早就能聽到外面走廊説話的聲音。其實這些都還好，最搞笑的就是進房間的時候發現有條毛巾是臟的感覺就是被燒過了一樣，當時想的就一條就算了也沒給酒店反映，結果……等我退了房後居然接到酒店質問電話説是我把毛巾燒壞了讓我賠償？而且還是質問口氣，你們自己不檢查的用品直接就使用還怪顧客？我直接説是進房間的時候你們毛巾就是那樣的，結果人家來了句：那我們和客房核實一下。行吧，一句道歉的話都沒有，也沒有一點歉意的意思，合著消費者就是拿你們這樣欺騙的？你們自己的問題不提前檢查清楚，動不動就按在顧客身上也真是太棒了呢？本來是等酒店回覆的，結果打了電話這麼久也沒回個電話告知我是怎麼回事，感覺還是酒店吃虧了呢。真的是太生氣了

怎麼説勒，房間還是不錯，空調要調到5度才會製冷，最先開到18度，一直熱，直到降到5度才涼下來。沒冰箱，問了前台，連冰塊都沒有，哎…

性價比太高了 比我想象中好很多 可能是因為沒開多久 看着都很新 住了親子房 還配了遊戲機 小朋友都不願意出門 點外賣酒店也有機器人送餐到房間服務 房間還配了加濕器 非常好的入住體驗 如果非要提意見的話 早餐還可以再改善改善 不過這個價格已經很值了

住在12層，整個酒店沒有無煙房，花灑水小的洗個澡真費勁，晚上低頻噪音吵的要死，酒店人員告知設計就是這樣，處理問題的態度和方式讓人極其不滿意，下次不會再選擇，不推薦！
另外真的很好奇4.7分的評分怎麼來的，請攜程對顧客負點責任把好關，不要辜負了大家的信任！

酒店還是比較新，選了個親愛子房，房間是異型的。房間裏擺了帳篷和玩具孩子很開心。但是空調效果不好，温度好低不好控制。
早餐種類少，牛奶和豆漿補充不及時。

第一次到雅安，衹為專程去看大熊貓香香。就在網上訂的這家酒店，沒想到各方麪條件都很不錯，完全達到個人預期。第二天一早起來趕着去看大熊貓，匆匆忙忙地退房開車趕路，沒想到洗漱用品就落在了房間。在此特別感謝前台小陳，非常熱心地打來電話告知並安排好快遞，今天我們已經收到了遺失的物品。

該酒店總服務設施全面都很好。前台小妹服務態度很好、熱情洋溢、有問必答。特別是禮賓部服務小哥很好禮貌熱情、幫助拿行李箱並送至客房、很是熱情、真正給人感到賓至如歸的感覺，給予五星好評。
