Great property, wonderful staff, especially Anastasia, and all the other customer service staff as well as the cleaning lady Delia, they were all so polite and helpful, absolutely brilliant

Wonderful 4 day stay, very central location, very clean, very nice room, the staff were all wonderfull, customer service staff, Anastasia and her colleagues were extremely nice and very very helpful, the breakfast was great, Also a special mention about the beautiful cleaning lady who was just wonderful. No request was too much trouble, everything was just excellent.

Beautiful hotel and spacious room, everything was clean and quite new. The staff, from making the booking to the check out, was extremely helpful and polite. The place is perfect for few days by the sea.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο , καθαρό και κατασκευασμένο με σύγχρονες ιδέες. Οι παροχές ήταν πλούσιες. Το προσωπικό ευδιάθετο και πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει. Κατά την παραμονή μας τηρήθηκαν όλα τα μέτρα προστασίας covid . Η τιμή διαμονής είναι αρκετά προσιτή συναρτήσει των παροχών που προσφέρει.

Cosa è piaciuto · Lo spazio della junior suite, i servizi come Netflix incluso, luci LED, letto grande e comodissimo, bagno separato da vetrata molto particolare, tutto pulito, prodotti bagno in omaggio, a due passi dal centro e dalle rispettive spiagge (con ciotoli), da ristoranti e bar. Personale molto accogliente e pronto a darti qualsiasi consiglio. Cosa non è piaciuto · Nella colazione non sono incluse le bevande extra, tipo espresso doppio o freddo espresso (li devi pagare separatamente). L'anello di fissaggio della doccia non era fissato correttamente (da riparare).

Όμορφα, μεγάλα, καθαρά δωμάτια με πρόσβαση στο Netflix για τις βροχερές νύχτες. Υπέροχο, μαγικό μπάνιο με κρυφούς φωτισμούς στον καθρέφτη και στην ντουζιέρα . Καθαρός κοινόχρηστος χώρος με μία γλυκιά μυρωδιά που με ακολουθεί ακόμη . Υπέροχη εξυπηρέτηση από τον κύριο που μας εξυπηρέτησε , μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας από τη πρώτη στιγμή . Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του Ξυλοκάστρου, στον παράλληλο της παραλίας με πολύ όμορφα εστιατόρια/καφέ τριγύρω χωρίς να χρειαστείτε αυτοκίνητο . Συμβουλή : Έχει δημόσιο parking σε κοντινή απόσταση αλλά το παρκάρισμα μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο είναι αρκετά εύκολο .
