The service was excellent. I was in a rush to book the hotel and didn't pay attention to the check-out time. The receptionist, who was supposed to check out at 12 o'clock, extended my check-out time to 2 o'clock for free. The hotel was also very clean and tidy. 我們定的無窗大床房 設施：傢俱很正常就是沒有椅子，很值得吐槽的是衞生間下水。我們第一晚發現下水特別慢，正常淋浴會有明顯積水，水位會到腳背。第二天聯繫前台後很積極主動地給我們處理，維修師傅給我們的建議是洗澡的時候把地漏打開，但是晚上使用依舊會積水，洗個頭水還溢出去了。下水給到一個拉完了，差評! 衞生：還行，房間還算是蠻乾淨的，就是空調很臟，不知道新裝修的酒店空調怎麼這麼臟!開業前不洗嗎？ 環境：不行!拉完啦!臭死了!第一天給臭yue了!給我臭醒了!前台小姐姐很積極主動地處理，但是其他空房間不是裝修味道很重就是隔音效果不太好，玻璃窗比較薄隔音效果不會好的。最後前台小姐姐拿來了空氣凈化器，效果有用，但是依舊有臭味，真是沒招了。以及我們這個房型都會比較小，大家選擇要考慮好能不能接受。 服務：我遇到的前台小姐姐都蠻負責的，實事求是，沒有不耐煩啥的，蠻好的。
