來徐州旅遊選擇了卡迪亞酒店，地鐵一號線很方便，位置很好找，大廳很氣派，背景音樂很潮流，前台小姐姐免費升級了房間，比一般房間大很多，非常感謝，天氣下雨還主動給我雨傘和熱茶，非常感謝這麼貼心的服務，性價比高，價格合理，推薦大家來徐州旅遊，好吃的非常多，酒店裡的恆温游泳池很好，下次再把泳衣帶來去游泳哈

這酒店可惜了，硬件是完全可以達到四星級酒店，最大問題就出現在管理上，地理位置也不錯規模也是大型酒店的規模，我就想不通怎麼會經營到這個樣子？我們入住是晚上九點多，當我們抬頭看着酒店不敢進去，大堂的燈是全部關掉的，我們膽戰心驚進了酒店衹看到前台一帳枱燈在亮着，問了前台這酒店是不經營了嗎？回答正常經營，這明顯是為了省電而為，我也就不再問了，進去電梯走上了客房走廊兩邊都是堆放在客房門口的垃圾，燈光極暗，非常恐怖，整個6層好像就我一個房間入住，後來問前台這是什麼原因沒人住，回答是前兩天還爆滿，服務員都放假了，所以沒有人打掃，當天我們入住時就給前台打電話説兩瓶純凈水不夠用，能不能送兩瓶水，服務員來了後説每天就兩瓶水，不夠就要花錢買，後來説你們今天剛入住就再給你們兩瓶吧，看着房間的消耗品都是很節儉的，就連衞生紙都很少不夠用，我太太説這酒店是不是很省呀，算了我們都自己帶的消耗品拿出來用了，看着酒店這樣我們也不想再麻煩也懶得再得到要付費的回答，早餐也是省得不能再省了，算了不説了，衞生也不太好，説不上來感覺，就是很不舒服，這是我們從北京一路過來住的最心驚膽寒的酒店，體驗感很不好，要不是事先定了三天兩晚沒法退，那我是肯定要換酒店的，説了這麼多，衹為這樣大型酒店惋惜，這樣的管理能有效益嗎？這管理者不該反思嗎？效益是省出來的嗎？
