房東很仔細，根據導引圖很快就能找到房間，房子離海安碼頭非常近，離徐聞港就10多分鐘。陽台上可以觀海，還有洗衣機。房間裏枕頭被子睡得都很舒服!房間裏的備品也非常齊全!總之很好的入住體驗，下次來還會住這裏!!

在一眾爛尾或還在開發的小區裏面，幾乎全是這類的民宿，環境差，人也雜。床品比較臟，有頭髮，感覺沒換床單。屋內味道重，晚上凌晨不斷傳來説話聲，一晚上沒睡，呆一晚上身上起疙瘩，本來作為渡海的過度，期待不高，品質卻還是低於預期，100一晚都嫌貴，第一次來徐聞，因為這一晚對徐聞的印象直線降低。

一開始的房子沒有水 聯繫房東後很快就給換到另一套了
不過wifi信號很弱 另外如果行李多的可能不太方便 地下停車場雖然是免費 但沒有電梯 必須要走一段樓梯到一樓才能乘電梯

條件還可以，我們預訂的是兩室一廳一晚的房間，總體評價是滿意；衹是找房間費了些周折，在地下車庫轉了好半天，地下車庫衹有15棟有直達樓上的電梯，其他棟沒有直達樓上的電梯，要從15棟上一樓再找預訂的棟。

房間設施配套齊全，陽台可以看見海，酒店的老闆姐姐也很好，就是房間熱水器是儲水的，前面一個人洗完記得等一會兒再去，不然水會不太熱其他的都還挺好的😀😀

去輪渡在徐聞過渡一晚，房間乾淨衞生，就是這邊的空調衹有製冷，住的時候有點冷啊……然後停車一定停到單元下面，三繞兩繞車容易找不到，哈哈哈
