From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. For the 2024 high school entrance examination, I did some comparisons in the surrounding area in advance (4 kilometers away from the test site). Only the Kenyon Hotel has better conditions in all aspects and the price is affordable. I booked his largest 60-square-meter family suite on Ctrip. I called the hotel one day in advance. The notice said that the air conditioner in the room was leaking, so they replaced it with a 40-square-meter one. After checking in at around 4pm on the 21st, they refunded the price difference and gave me a breakfast coupon. When I came back after going out at around 7pm, there was a power outage, and the transformer was broken. After a trip, at nine o'clock, the hotel said it was afraid of affecting the candidates, so the hotel actively coordinated the candidates to move to the nearby Xido Hotel (the decoration was too old and I was not used to it). It was almost ten o'clock and I asked to move back. The hotel apologized for the power outage and sent fruit and a letter of apology the next day. It also said that it would give everyone a 50% discount on the room rate for the power outage on the 21st. I personally felt it was unnecessary because it was a public emergency and the hotel actively coordinated and resolved it. The price is not high, there are many types of breakfast (candidates eat at 6.30 in advance), the environment, sanitation, and service are very good. There are computers and printers in the lobby for everyone to use for free. In addition to quality appearance, a good hotel must have a leadership team that pays attention to details for long-term operation and quality.

Near the airport. Taxi to hotel on lately night is about 25 yuan. (The hotel has shuttle bus service but my flight is delayed) Room is ok with full amenities. The staff can not speak English but can communicate via translate machine. Breakfast is so so. Price is reasonable.

The service attitude of the ladies at the front desk was so good. It was really the best service of any hotel I have ever stayed in, especially the two ladies, Xiao Wang and Xiao Hu. Very good experience. Bring a baby over 1 year old to check in. Helped to carry the luggage to the room. Also took the initiative to bring bed guards, tents and plush toys. It was inconvenient to bring a child to eat supper. Huihui at the front desk even specially delivered it to the room and brought extra tissues and wet wipes. When leaving the hotel, she also specially asked to bring snacks for the baby. It was really heartwarming. Star hotel is very reassuring in all aspects.
