I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. From the very beginning we were greeted so warmly and cordially, as if we were old friends. The room turned out to be simply chic: cozy, clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city. We immediately felt at home. It was a great holiday thanks to the excellent service and warm atmosphere. We plan to come back here again!

I had a good night stay for my overnight transfer. The bedroom was very lovely and clean, the bed was so comfortable with a TV, good lights, nice shower room. Nice free airport pickup and drop off service. The staff member helped me to ordered my dinner. I was lucky enough to book a discount room. It's was just one thing , some stains on the carpet, anyway not a big problem.

A hotel for temporary transit on an early flight. It is close to the airport and has a special car pick-up. There are no problems with eating and shopping nearby. There are disposable towels and bath towels in the room, and the wake-up service is also very considerate.

I stayed in Zhengzhou for one night during the National Day transit. To be honest, the treatment was pretty good. The hotel's space is a bit larger than that of Vienna in Shenzhen. Although it is near the airport, it is very quiet. The breakfast in the hotel is good in Vienna. It mainly suits me. I have eaten a lot of Viennese breakfasts in Shenzhen, but none of them are as delicious as this one.

I don't even look for other hotels now I've discovered Atour. They are all over China, in excellent locations and I KNOW they will be clean and modern without leaky showers or stinky carpet or smokers in the lift. On top of this, the staff are extraordinary in an ”I got you' way. By this I mean you can feel confident they will go above and beyond to make you comfortable, for example handing me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived with loads of bags on a sweltering day, being patient with my sucky Mandarin and really trying in English.
