Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience.

Environment: The environment is very good, life is convenient, there are many places to eat and play downstairs. The shopping mall is right next to it, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel boasts a superb location, with the subway station just a little over 100 meters away. As soon as you step into the lobby, you're greeted by a delightful and familiar signature scent. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. Breakfast was outstanding; they've truly gone the extra mile. The staff were incredibly proactive, warm, and always happy to help with any questions. We felt completely at home and will absolutely be returning for another stay.

Awesome service in that we were picked up late at night as part of the free transfer service. Two employees met us at the airport and were very kind. On the way back, we also had a private shuttle. Great service indeed! Room was excellent but breakfast could have been better in terms of options.
