Swish modern hotel that makes an ideal base for trips to the surrounding sights of Turpan. Large clean rooms with powerful shower, great buffet breakfast and well located in the downtown area close to shops, supermarkets, and eateries - including a night food market - all within five minutes walk. As non-Chinese speakers it was really helpful to have the support of guest services manager Caesar who helped us organise transport, and was only a phone call away in case we got lost. Walking distance to the museum and bazaar, the hotel had a nice bar and lounge area to kick back in.

I have a good time at the hotel. Staffs are very helpful, specially Adila is so kind and energetic to help for everything. I do love to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended .

中午去辦理續住酒店，大堂經理又高又帥人又好，晚上回酒店，發現客房多了一個果盤。
很喜歡酒店的浴巾，可以網上可以購買 $268。今天退房，前台3個小姐姐，小劉美女很有禮貌，笑容燦爛

這家五星級酒店的服務簡直無可挑剔，前台員工們態度熱情，始終以客人為中心，讓我們感到非常温馨和舒適。酒店衞生乾淨整潔，房間隔音效果好，床品舒適，設備嶄新，酒店早餐品種非常豐富，品種多，每天都有部分品種調換，餐廳員工服務熱情周到，經理還親自在餐廳尋問客人對早餐滿意嗎？免費接送站，我們連住了3晚，後因颳大風，吐魯番到烏魯木齊的火車全線停運，被迫又續住了1晚，酒店經理知情後，給了優惠續住房價，非常愉快的一次旅行！

酒店設施齊全，住宿房間內乾淨衞生，而且他們的服務很好，剛進酒店就感受到他們熱情的服務，看到帶小孩，還專門送了小孩子的拖鞋和洗漱用品。酒店大廳提供有水果和茶飲，自助餐也超級好，同時還有接送站服務，艾克師傅開車很好，接送很及時，前台吾提庫和迪蘭服務態度熱情 很滿意[呲牙]
