Great hotel with good views of downtown Xining. Close to shopping, restaurants, and a nice river park walk. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not much English is spoken but they go out of their way to help!

The hotel has a good location and convenient parking. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff are warm and thoughtful, especially the front desk service attitude is good. The facilities are complete, the cost performance is very high, and the stay experience is good.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met.
