環境：房間外的環境非常好，很原生態的田園生活。很喜歡別墅外面的花園，種了幾棵樹和花，顯然是花心思佈置的。房間裏面很多各種類的書。老闆很用心。
設施：木屋別墅，定位農家樂的層次
衞生：潮，尤其洗手間，味道很大，整天都濕漉漉的。泡茶的杯子漏洗了，上一客人泡過的茶還在。
服務：加温泉水響應挺及時的。其他不能有太多要求，被子不需要收拾。早餐衹能求吃飽，不要求衞生與味道。吃早餐時還有煮早餐的阿姨不停發牢騷，抱怨老闆，對客人説“早餐都不收你們的錢，還指望多好吃嗎”。老闆雖用心，但員工需要培訓一下了，希望老闆越做越好。

如果你是喜歡熱鬧的，這裏你們可能不喜歡了！因為在山裡麪，沒有電視機沒有其他娛樂！如果你是喜歡安安靜靜地看着山色，望着天空，泡泡温泉的這裏絕對是一個不錯的選擇！前台的小姐姐也是服務好好的，到飯點時多次問你是不是要在餐廳吃飯！早上也是這樣！挺好的！

已是第二次到潘家寨民宿温泉酒店入住了，上次住舊獨棟別墅設施較舊，今次住新建好的行政雙人房帶私家泡池，好的是乾淨衞生老闆較熱情，但其他環境配套設施有得完善。
