維也納相對來説基本都不會太差，畢竟價格不低，在這個小地方居然價格略高，中檔類型，應該是酒店有點年頭，陳舊感是有點，但是生活用品類還是看不出來的，總體還行吧

實際距高鐵站2.2公里，旁邊是浦天酒店，斜對面橫街裏還有一家酒店。這家屬於中檔，除去簡單早餐沒有其它設施，好在性價比比較高，房間建議選臨街一面，光線好。 處於城區繁華地段，對面是福寧醫院，旁邊還有一家農貿市場，距太溪路稍有點距離，徒步20-30分鐘。 外出打車正規出租比較規矩，滴滴經常要講價或加價，近處也可以招手摩託車。包車去三沙80-100單程，半天350。

房間空調半夜噪音，要求換房間説沒房間，過來就重啟空調，一會又有異響，才給換個房間，結果房間很熱，很長時間才冷下來。換的房間樓下是KTV，聲音很大無法正常入睡。

這個酒店不錯 ，位置好，離火車站近開車六分鐘路程，離美食街也不遠，對面就是一個綜合商場，地段不錯。設施齊全設備完善，衞生也做的很乾凈，房間很整潔，舒適度高。

提前四天跟朋友訂的房間，坐了一天車跟我們説其中一間沒有了。前台就一個人，也沒很快解決問題。等待很久，安排一個電梯門口房間。上電梯走到客房走廊，嚇一跳就跟很多年沒住人一樣，很亂很臟。

因為住房連續續訂 前台服務員免費升級房型，衞生乾淨，就是空調聲音比較大，總有一種窗外正在下雨的感覺。另外今天中午12點沒任何通知突然房間給斷電，當時我正在衞生間大號，給我造成十分不便，我的訂單是説我已享受一項貴賓項目，延遲到14點退房，今天早上我又續訂，沒來得及下去過一下卡。後來找前台詢問得知他們的卡就是這樣設計的，12點房卡沒下前台升級（過一下卡）就直接斷電。有點不進人情哈。
