5 Star Hotels in Xianyang

I stay at this hotel every year when I take my kids home to visit relatives. I have been staying here since before the epidemic, and it has been three years in a row. The reason for choosing this place is that the room is large and the sanitary facilities are good. It is next to Wanda Plaza and Chaoshi Lane. There is also a row of small shops on the opposite side of the street, which provides a one-stop service for eating, drinking and having fun. During the May Day holiday, the room type was upgraded for free. It has almost become my second home in Xianyang. There is also a minibar for free drinks. Bingfeng is so refreshing.

I was attending an exhibition at Linkong Convention and Exhibition Center. It was convenient to take a taxi here and there was no traffic jam. The hotel is quite new and the room is clean. I don't know why there was noise from some electronic device in the middle of the night. The breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, and it is quite rich. There is no business around, so it is not suitable for tourism.

Selected this hotel as it is close to the new Qin Han branch of Shaanxi History Museum (15 mins drive), and the airport (15 mins drive). Room was big and hotel modern. Really like the hotspring, there are multiple hotsprings to choose from including the carbonic acid and the silky smooth ones. Mixed bathing so bathing suits necessary. Food wise, above average in variety and taste. A comfortable overnight stay.

Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped and newly decorated. The gym and swimming pool are basically unused. The room decoration style is very good and the overall texture is also very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is average. The slippers are of uneven quality. The slippers on the first day shed hair and looked very dirty on the bed. Environment: I have stayed in many hotels of all sizes in Xianyang, and the environment is indeed worthy of the title of five-star. Service: How should I put it? The service awareness is average, but there is indeed service. I feel that the front office as a whole has not received systematic training, which is unsatisfactory. It does not make people feel at home. I will come again and look forward to changes.

Stayed at Swisstouches Yuanjiacun Hot Spring Hotel. The front desk checked in quickly. It was really comfortable to soak in the hot springs at night. The next day, after checking out, I found that I forgot to bring my skin care products. Wang Mengyuan took the initiative to call us to help express them. I will choose this place next time.

Overall, quite satisfied. It's cost-effective and worth living. It is convenient to travel around and the front desk service is very good. Express thankfulness.

The hotel experience during this stay was simply fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt a homely atmosphere. Ms薛and Ms常at the front desk were warm and friendly, and the check-in process was fast and efficient. Ms杨 helped me with my luggage. The room is spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, and the bed is comfortable and soft, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room cleaning work is also done very well, spotless. The hotel's dining is even more surprising. There are a wide variety of breakfast options with excellent taste, and both Chinese and Western styles can meet the needs of different people. In addition, the hotel's location is also very advantageous, with convenient transportation around and many shopping malls and attractions nearby, making travel very convenient. My husband and I, two elderlies, stayed for two nights in this hotel after we completed a 10-day tour with our friends in Xian and Xianyang, cos we had failed to book the direct flight back to Hong Kong on the day the tour ended. We chose this hotel simply because at time of booking we knew not if there was anymore place in Xian for us to go after our tour, hence we thought the hotel's free shuttle service to the airport would be beneficial to us, plus the hotel rate was attractive. In the end it is truly unexpected that with only around HKD830 we paid for two nights, we had come to a hotel with such good amenities and services provided ! The hotel is located in a newly developed district, about 10 mins drive from the airport. Its location is not attractive, but the small community nearby offers banking service, a small supermarket and sufficient choices of small eating venues. The hotel lobby is stylishly furnished, the hotel room is clean and newly furbished, and the bathroom amenities are excellent (with electronic bidet installed). The free buffet breakfast is good with choices of freshly prepared noodles as ordered. A cup of Americano can be picked up from the Reception free of charge at anytime of the day. In the evening the hotel also offers a simple light meal which can be brought up to the room for enjoyment. On our second day of stay, we chose to go to Dayan Pagoda which we hadn't been visited in our group tour. The staff was so very helpful as in providing us with all the directions in WeChat how we could travel by underground from airport to go there, and thereafter how we could contact them from airport for their pickup service on our return (on the condition that we had no local phone number and no wifi installed in our mobiles!). All in all we are truly grateful to all the staff, including the driver, who had helped us so much during our stay in this small lovely hotel. It is truly a good hotel in terms of its value!

If you play in Xi'an, you can consider living here. You can take Line 1 from Chen Yangzhai to Xi'an North Street, and then it is very close to the Bell and Drum Tower.
