The floor with the pool was closed, and whole floor with amenities was closed too. Basically there was nothing to do for us, there was only one playground for our baby. I was expecting much more, not worth the money at all. You need to pay extra for hot springs too.

住宿不錯，帶家人來玩的，一樓中餐廳的菜家裡人覺得很合胃口，西餐廳的菜品偏少。唯一缺點就是房間隔音不太好，女兒説晚上睡覺的時候聽到別的房間的小孩一直吵鬧。。

多次入住了，停車方便，保安很負責，很熱情指引停車，前台的小姐姐依舊很熱情，服務態度很好，每次安排的房間都讓我挺滿意的，房間很好，很大，乾淨整潔，大堂經理莎莎還給孩子送了小禮品，VR 體驗區也很不錯，孩子很開心，早餐很不錯，可以自己做三明治🥪推薦入住

衝著碧桂園的温泉來住的酒店：
1. 工作日入住，前台感覺業務不熟練，等接近10分鐘還沒有搞完前面客户的開房；
2. 晚上8點多去泡温泉，被門口自稱温泉中心前台男子告知六點多開始管道維修，無法去泡碧桂園的温泉，衹能去温泉谷泡温泉。擺渡車是那種全開放景觀車，大晚上的來回，真的冷；
3. 晚上空調是真的不怎麼熱，開最大也有點冷…
衹想説，沒有任何提前通知我温泉情況，然後給的解決辦法是低一檔次的温泉谷温泉，有一定的心理落差吧，也沒有工作人員給解釋，都是通知式的告知，體感不佳。酒店設施齊全，自助早餐算不錯，整體下來，衹能説可惜。

客房熱水壺漏水燙手，語音小碧時不時會發出類似人聲。早上出去走一圈，因為嗓子不舒服，想問前台要個口罩，服務員説沒有，諾大個酒店繼續配個口罩成本多不了多少錢，一個才0.14元。是真的不愉快。

酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，前台服務態度很熱情，離温泉很近，可以自己開車過去，也可以步行，酒店有擺渡車。門前有很大的停車場，免費停車，酒店整體環境很舒適。
