Stayed for two nights in the summer off-season. It seems that there is no one. The overall service and sanitation in the hotel is good. The air conditioner is a bit old and the temperature is not well adjusted (either too cold or too hot and loud). The hot springs are not in good condition. On the second day, indoor cleaning can only be done outdoors, but there are only two outdoor pools with hot spring water. Others are either not open or cold feeling. There is no hot spring experience (the environment is generally okay)

I made a special trip to Xianning to soak in the hot springs, the experience is very good! As soon as we arrived at the door, Aunt Tan Chunming enthusiastically took us to check in and put our luggage. It was also very pleasant to chat with us during the process of showing us the guest room. Sister Zou Yanxia upgraded the room type for us according to the situation of the remaining rooms, and told us how to eat and play around. The package includes unlimited hot springs, self-help fruit, fish spa, sea salt bath, Chinese medicine space capsule, and buffet breakfast during the stay, which basically meet the one-and-a-half-day play experience and food and accommodation needs. The hot spring has about 50 pools of various types. Even if it is 5.1, there are less than half of the pools that are empty. The experience is great. The quality of the self-service fruit and breakfast is very good. The oranges and cantaloupe are very sweet; the iced milk, various cakes, porridge, noodles and fruits in the self-service breakfast are all very good (after all, the original price is 68 per person). The room facilities are very new, and the quality of the shampoo and shower gel delivered is also very good. Most importantly, when you open the window, you feel like you are in the forest, with beautiful scenery and fresh air. A day of carefree soaking in soup and eating fruits made me realize the happiness of being in a paradise.

On the day of check-in, a man at the front desk had a bad attitude. I said hello when I went in. I booked three rooms with Trip.com. The ID card was handed to him and said that I had booked it. He asked twice who booked it, and he was sure to tell me that you booked two rooms. I said how could it be? Ctrip's orders showed that they were booked for three rooms, and the price of three rooms was deducted. Later, there was a female front desk. She looked at it and said that it was three rooms, and then checked in for us. The young male front desk always had a face without a smile. As if someone owed him money! I don't understand, since you are in the service industry, do you not understand the minimum politeness? If you want to be a young master, don't come out to work!

The hotel is new and the accommodation is OK as a whole; but there are still many speechless places that have not been cleaned; half of the people who live come to open my door inexplicably; More outrageous is that there are two bottles of mineral water. After soaking in the hot spring, I can’t sleep enough. I asked the front desk for three bottles. I have never heard of which hotel asked for extra money for mineral water. Breakfast is 21 for one person. It is not as good as five pieces of roadside stalls. It arrives at 9:30. There is no drink to drink. Drink some buns with leftover pasta. Breakfast is bad. #health

The family members are very satisfied with a hot spring ♨️ The price is super high, the room is clean and tidy. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and the private soup is very comfortable. It’s not too far from Wuhan. It’s only an hour and 40 minutes by car. I will go again next time.
