返程因疫情，避開了長沙，選擇了該酒店，剛到酒店，前台就和我們説了周邊哪些值得一去的景點，很貼心！吃過晚飯回酒店後，發現床頭的輪子壞掉了，打電話給前台，馬上有工作人員上來檢查並通知了維修師傅來維修，本來以為衹壞了一個輪子，修好後，發現2個都壞了，師傅重新去拿輪子重新修理，全程沒有一點不耐煩，修好後還幫忙一起鋪了床！早上吃米粉工作人員還提醒我們加一點辣椒會更好吃！全程體驗到的服務都非常好！唯一不足的是酒店的地毯因為住客可以吸煙，導致地毯上有一些香煙洞，影響了整體的衞生！

酒店新裝修，寬敞，位置也很好，有贈送早餐，酒店衞生條件很好，前台服務人員也很熱情，如果有事還可以商量延時退房，非常人性化。

房間還行，就是晚上樓下ktv太吵了，還有就是現在都2023了，這店老闆還停留在想坑人的時代就有點過分了，茶葉包來個隱性消費，不知道是怎麼想的！為了幾塊錢把大意中招的客户得罪了。工作人員很好，所以該好評還是好評！

環境很好，前台服務態度非常好。我們訂房看錯了日期，也讓我們順利入住了，還送了早餐券。房間面積很大，乾淨整潔。停車方便，門口就有停車場。
