The room was clean and good location. Joanna from the customer service has a wonderful service. I left my phone charger in the room she picked up and arrange the freight. Thanks so much Joanna and definitely will come back.

設施：打卡第六個W酒店
去到每個城市，會首選W酒店。
這次驚艷到酒店高飽和度的大膽配色。（像極了當年我得獎的設計配色[嘿哈] ）電梯入口及房間都採用了紅綠藍三色變化的油畫幕牆，與灰白黑完美融合，直線曲線光影的運用，都體現出設計師的審美和態度，比起之前去過的長沙W太空主題，我反而更喜歡廈門W給我帶來的驚喜。
衞生：有潔癖的我，對酒店裡外都無可挑剔，沒有任何異味及雜塵，完美。
環境：動線設計及視野也很不錯，距離機場才幾公里，很方便。
服務：感歎酒店任何區別的小夥伴怎麼都這麼可愛，無處不在的笑臉，倍感親切，特意看了一眼總經理的名字，應該是位女性，看來細節服務還是女性更懂女性，這點非常贊
下次來廈門應該還會入住w酒店，特別表揚一下迎賓體驗Welcome Experience-WXM，細心細緻的聆聽，真誠服務才是必殺技
