本人其實很少寫點評，但這次的經歷實在是太痛苦了，特意分享出來讓大家避雷，這家旅店是本人40歲生涯中，住過最差最差的民宿。
首先在設施上，一進門就是燈光昏暗的接待大堂，一眼看去就是90年代地下旅社的感覺，空氣中瀰漫著發黴的味道，辦理完入住，我們的房間在二樓，樓道沒有電梯，我帶着孩子和長者拿着好幾個大行李箱過來，要求老闆幫忙搬箱子也是一堆牢騷，進到房間因為與對面建築離得很近通風不好，房間中到處充斥着一股衞生間返潮的噁心味道。衞生間也沒有通風裝置。
再説服務就更差勁了，民宿裏一對五十歲左右的夫妻在管理，給人整體感覺就是掉進錢眼裡，一門心思衹想從顧客身上扣出每一分錢，其他啥服務也沒有，臉都不要那種。房間裏連一瓶礦泉水都沒提供，需要的話可以找老闆三元一瓶單獨購買，同時也沒有一次性拖鞋。房間內提供的衹有最簡陋的一次性牙刷牙膏和小孩手腕粗細的一卷手紙，提供的枕頭一股陳年頭油味道，第二天長者着涼了胃不舒服，跟老闆説多要一個被子，反覆打了幾次電話幾個小時後才不情不願的上來，一會説我們空調開的不對，一會讓我們開窗户，最後沒辦法了才給拿了一個被子過來。更離譜的是，那個女老闆在晚上八點進我們房間時候，仗着自己有房間的備用房卡，都不敲門，直接推門而入，嚇了我一大跳，最後是由於住宿體驗不好，一開始在攜程約了三天的住宿，我們想把後面兩天的退了，老闆態度強硬，説是過了預約時間，衹能退最後一天的，第二天住不住的都不退費，***我不住哪知道服務這麼差，差不多就這些了，我們定的親子房一間二百多，發出來大家避雷吧。

民宿離中山公園地鐵站很近，也有公交車站，去周邊中山路步行街，南普陀和植物園玩非常方便。民宿打掃很乾凈，廁所也沒有污跡，隔音很好。老闆人很熱情服務很周到。民宿很快就訂滿了，因為行程問題要繼續訂一晚沒辦法在原來的房間續住，老闆貼心地給我們調房間。

服務：老闆娘很熱情，很有禮貌，感謝老闆娘的熱情招待。
設施：空調不夠涼，開到16度了。還是要等很久才涼快，調了自動風速，感覺沒有風，不調自動風，會很熱，很吵，空調聲音太大。
環境：房內的圖片和攜程上的不符合，像普通的賓館或招待所，不像是民宿。
衞生：房內桌椅和一次性用品很多灰塵，估計很久沒有更換，被子上有黃色的不知名邋遢痕跡，角落上的牆壁都脱落掉灰了，是否應該打掃？
