Our stay at the Vienna Intl. Hotel has been a positive, pleasant and rewarding experience. During our 27 day stay, we were upgraded to a bigger and better room the next day, a generous offer that we much appreciated. The staff are efficient, helpful and very polite. The housemaids provided excellent and consistent cleaning and new supplies everyday. The location within walking distance to the Big Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang mall, the daily light shows, , metro and buses, and lots of cheap and good restaurants was a huge benefit which made our stay in Xian almost stress-free. We could walk to many of the popular sites, or simply take the fast and reliable metro. We really couldn't ask for a better hotel, which offered so much for such a reasonable price. We recommend this hotel highly!

This Jinjiang is a bit average! Booking a room one month in advance costs 820 yuan per day, but on the last day it costs 280 yuan! I'm really speechless! No matter what time of the night, housekeeping is done by a robot, and the room next to the elevator is often awakened by the rumble of the robot getting off the elevator! When I came back at 4pm on the second day of my stay, the room hadn't been cleaned yet! I called and asked for two bottles of water, but later someone cleaned me and said they thought you were not going out because they were afraid of disturbing you, so they didn't clean it! I really can’t even make excuses! There was a power outage the next night. I took my room card and dropped it on the floor near the trash can. I couldn't find it because I was in a hurry to go out for dinner and didn't look for it! When you come back and ask the waiter to open the door, they give you a replacement card and you are asked to pay 20 yuan when you leave the store! I wonder if you should think about giving me some compensation for your service? ! It’s just close to the Everlasting City and the location is okay!

Coming to Xi'an from other places, I looked at many elegant hotels on Ctrip in advance and finally chose them. The environment is very good. In short, I am very happy to stay in Xi'an this time. The lady called in advance to inquire about the arrival time. After understanding our itinerary The room was arranged in advance. As soon as I entered the lobby, the young lady Yang Qian picked up my luggage and took me to the front desk to check in. She was really heartwarming and handed me tea and hot towels. I was also upgraded to a room with a view. It was really great. The room is the most beautiful at night. You can see the night view of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I heard from my sister that the restaurant upstairs has a more beautiful night view. He also talked about the fun and delicious nearby attractions and prepared a guide. It was really good. It is very convenient to the scenic spot. The room was very comfortable, hygienic, clean and tidy, the water temperature was moderate, and the room also provided Korean skin care products. Please don’t be too considerate. One morning during this period, I was not feeling very well and I didn’t go to the restaurant for breakfast. When my sister found out, she immediately went to the restaurant to prepare some porridge and snacks and delivered them to the room. She also kept asking about my health on WeChat. Why? Such attentive service. Talking about other aspects, there are two afternoon teas on the first floor during my stay, and there is a laundry list prepared in the drawer. After sending me back to the room, my sister reminded me that the hotel provides free laundry, and asked me if I need any laundry? On March 8th the next day, Sister Yang specially sent me a fruit plate and a Year of the Dragon pillow. It was really a surprise and a very happy visit. I would also like to thank the guy at the front desk for checking in very quickly. Every city has its own charm. Maybe it’s because of the delicious food and rich historical and cultural heritage that the lovely people I met at the hotel like this city even more.

The hotel is very close to scenic spots such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Evernight City, and can be reached in just ten minutes' walk. There is a gourmet Hanfu store opposite, which is very convenient, and behind it is the Xi'an Film Studio Museum, which is great for taking photos and checking in. I would like to praise the service of the housekeepers Li Pengzhen and Miss Wang Yuan. They took the initiative to call us to inquire about the check-in requirements before checking in. After learning that we were bringing children, they specially gave us a breakfast experience after checking in, and also sent fruit and milk to the room every night. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea. It is very pleasant to come back after a tiring day out and enjoy delicious afternoon tea. The service staff, doormen, and cleaning staff in the hotel are very kind and will take the initiative to nod and say hello and provide help. The room price is also relatively moderate, and earplugs and eye masks are provided upon check-out. Overall, the price/performance ratio is quite high, recommended!

Xi’an’s first tourist stop｜Tanghua Hualuxe Hotel 📍Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, just a stone's throw away from the Tang Dynasty Evernight City, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Da Ci'en Temple and other attractions. 🏡Environment: A Chinese-style Tang-style hotel gives people a feeling of traveling back in time. Most of the rooms are suites, with wide sofas and slightly smaller bathrooms. It would be perfect if there were partitions and sliding doors. 🛎️Service: The service at the front desk and restaurant is very good and enthusiastic! Special thanks to the bellman for carefully guiding us on the route, which made our impression of Xi'an even higher!

This hotel is in a good location. If you stay in a high-rise south-facing room, you can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Although it is next to the Second Ring Road, it is very quiet. The room is small, the breakfast is rich, and there is exquisite afternoon tea. You can walk to the museum and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The service is warm and highly recommended. Right next to Xing Cheng Live Theater (picture below), this hotel is just around the perfect area to start exploring Xi’an! The subway station is super close, around 5 mins walk! Also, the the front desk service is pretty helpful! There’s always someone there to help!👍👍 Finally, the room is quite spacious and comfortable! The experience using this hotel has been great. First of all, it is fully equipped and the bed in the room is comfortable, providing me with a quiet environment to rest. Secondly, the hotel's location is very convenient, close to Dayan District, allowing me to travel back and forth easily during my visit. Additionally, the service at the hotel was excellent, their smiles and hospitality made me feel very comfortable and have a good experience. I purposely traveled during the off-peak hours after the Spring Festival, and looked at many hotels in Xi'an, and finally chose the Hilton Canopy in Qujiang, which is closest to the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. Overall, the staff service, attitude, and hotel location are very good. We booked two rooms together. When we arrived in Xi'an, it was snowing in the ancient city, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. On the way, the entire city was covered with snow, and it was indeed the Tang Dynasty covered in snow. The hotel thoughtfully prepared ginger soup for us in the lobby to ward off the cold. After drinking it, we were warm and relieved from the fatigue from the journey. The overall color of the hotel is beautiful, and you can see the combination of ancient and modern elements everywhere you look. The room number of each room has the symbol of a camel or a horse, and the corridors are everywhere with the unique symbols of the city of Xi'an. During the two days we stayed in Xi'an, it snowed, and we walked in the sky full of snowflakes. On the pedestrian street of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty, the lanterns were on, and men and women of all colors wearing Hanfu were walking around. For a moment, I didn't know whether we had traveled through the prosperous Tang Dynasty or the Tang Dynasty back to Xi'an. It seems that everyone here has become accustomed to dressing up in Hanfu, but not many people stop to watch. They are all immersed in their own happiness. There was a little hiccup when we returned from a trip after checking in, but Moon Yang, the hotel staff at the time, actively coordinated the room for us, always gave us travel suggestions, paid attention to our needs, and the personalized service temperature made up for the objective shortcomings. On the day of check-out, they actively helped me arrange my itinerary so that my family and I could have a good rest before departure. I'm very satisfied with the room after the adjustment. Every time I take a picture, the picture comes out without spending too much time on the P-picture. The room is equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding is clean and comfortable. We have arranged a room close to the elevator, which is very considerate. It can be seen that the entire hotel is run with care. I am very grateful to Moon Yang and her team for quickly solving the minor oolong that occurred. Finally, I wish the hotel will get better and better!
