首先肯定一下房間內部的衞生還是不錯的，5分制打分，值4.8。其次早餐還可以，餐具乾淨，餐廳衞生，炒菜和涼菜可以，水果單一了。不足之處是冬天不提供熱湯麪和現煮米線；提供麪包片，沒有烤麪包機，也沒配套的黃油和果醬。正負綜合可打3.5分。最後説一下嚴重掉分的環節: 1、所訂房間為30-36平米親子房，結果入住時除了沒有升級，還降級為21平米（3.5X6.0）最小標間面積。見圖1。2、提前兩天與酒店總機聯繫確認預訂，衹告知有停車場，未做任何引導性提示，開車導航到大門口，沒有發現停車場入口，衹好靠路邊臨停，沖進酒店諮詢如何進停車場，保安告知後，不得不開車雙U-Turn回來找（足浴店）入口，見圖2。進場時，門口保安回答説該酒店客車須停地下車庫，見圖3-5。停車後，找不到電梯口，問了其他車友才知道就是標識“入口處”，無燈！高潮來臨，請看圖6-11。這就是從地下車庫上樓的“經典”通路（此處省略一萬字）。從車上拿了所有孩子必用被褥等物品，大包小包揹着拎着走到酒店大堂，堪比加沙逃難難民，更難堪的是，家人拿房卡上樓了，我一“難民”大包小包被困其他樓層，因沒有房卡，摁不了樓層按鈕，既無法下樓，也無法上樓到房間，驚不驚奇？車庫那麼”高級”，電梯居然如此”保安”？？？本末倒置了吧！從入住到退房，期間換了三個前台服務員，第一個服務員犯的錯，我不能“回報”給其他人，一言不發，退房走人。衹想説三點結論: 1、 網絡酒店評分怎麼可能會打4.8分呢？2、我住過境外的ibis，四星！3、西安分公司這麼幹，季琪知道嗎？？？我希望他能看到這條留言！同時分享給其他開車出行住店的其他陌生朋友們。附圖12-18，大家看吧，心累，不想再評價了。

房間遇到問題，打給前台，前台第一時間就給解決。買了一個外賣居然是機器人送上來的，很驚喜。包括開發票，前台態度也特別好。不錯不錯！

有台免費洗衣機和烘乾機，也有兩台健身器材，早餐也比較豐盛，有送外賣智能機，重點是所有服務人員（早餐管理人員，前台服務人員，保安大叔等）都非常專業熱情，處理問題快速又積極，對顧客的額外請求也能快速做出迴應處理，訂房的時候也為客户着想，爭取優惠最大化，七個晚上都住的很舒心，無噪音，樓下就有很多超市葯店和一些小攤。 除了沒有空調衹有固定時間段開的暖氣，都很滿意。

酒店大堂明亮整潔，下雨天去的，前台美女服務很好，主動倒熱水很暖心，悉心介紹周邊好吃的好玩的，房間整潔乾淨，床品也很舒服，對於有潔癖的我來説很滿意，還有健身房，晚上吃太多還可以去消個食
