I stayed at this Orange Hotel for five days in Xi'an and had several complaints. The coffee machine in the lobby is very slow to put out coffee at 6 o'clock in the morning. It takes 3 minutes for a cup of coffee, just like a drip coffee machine. You have to lift the one on the far right of the hotel elevator to pull your luggage in. There is a height difference between the floor outside and the elevator. The same applies to hotel rooms, where you have to carry a handful of luggage and have a small threshold. I hope it can be improved, but the overall experience is still okay.
